Chapter 34

Hopes head snapped to the left, a soft groan could be heard coming from the cluster of benches. She looked to Josie, watching as the benches fell from someones back. They flipped over to reveal Liam.

Hope ran over to the boy, kneeling by his side. His eyes opened slowly, the bot had been covered in debree. "You'd wish healing fast would come with a higher pain tolerance" He sighed, letting out a small laugh. The auburnette rolled her eyes at his careless joke.

Theo was knocked unconscious under the boy, where he had been prior at-least. He stirred awake. "Theo" Jo ran over to the boy, looking to Hope with relief.

Liam glanced around, noticing the many bodies. "You're bloody" He pointed out, his vision clearing up. She nodded "I am"

"Did you do this?" He asked, forcing himself to sit up. "Pretty much" She sighed, taking a seat next to him. "They just kept coming"

"You did all that by yourself?"

She shrugged, looking over. Her sensing now kicking in with all the blood on the floor. Her hunger hit her with fury. "We should get out of here" She warned, her eyes flashed between gold and their natural blue.

He noticed this. "We should" His sister held out her hand, helping the boy to his feet. He bent backwards cracking his back. "Wait, wheres Maya?" He glanced around, panic rose in his body of where the girl could be.

Theo moved his hair back, coughing from debree. Liam reached for the benches throwing them aside as if it were light work. Hope backed into the wall, her fangs grew against her own will.

The brunette ran over, forcing the girl to look at her. "Focus on me" She whispered. Hope shook her head "I can't"

"Yes you can" The auburnettes veins popped from under her eyes, as hard as she wanted to fight this she hadn't had a drop of blood in 5 days, her body was craving it.

She shook her head, closing her eyes tightly. She could remember ripping the mans neck open, how good the bit of blood tasted on her tongue, like no other. "Back away." She demanded the girl, pushing her to the side. Liam threw the last bench, Maya no where to be found.

"I cant find her !" He shouted, not noticing Hopes struggle. Theo patted the boys shoulder, pointing to his sister. "Help her"

Liams eyes widened, his instinct to help his sister kicked in. She tried to run after one of the bodies but Liam got to her first slamming her back against the wall. "Calm down !" He shouted, glowing his eyes at her as he kept her pinned to the wall.

Theo went over to of of the bodies, slicing his wrist with a knife. Hopes body jerked, almost sending Liam to the ground. "What are you doing ?!" Liam shouted, fighting against his own sister. "She needs it." He pointed out, dropping the guys wrist. "Let her"

"No! We dont know what will happen !"

Jo grabbed the boys shoulder "Trust her" He looked at the girl, looking back at his sister. "Fine" He let go, leaping from out of her way and taking Josie with him. Hope sped over to the body, her fangs instantly dug into it. The three watched as the girls body seemed to relax.

She looked up, blood dripped from her fangs. Liam gulped an image of his father flashed between them at the sight of her.

"Lets go" She growled, using her thumb to wipe away the blood from her lip. "Where?" Theo asked. "To find our pack" She answered, looking between them.

Was it weird that Josie found the girl hot? When she wiped the blood from her lip.

"They went this way" Hope pointed towards the broken glass, already stepping through it. She held her hand out for her girlfriend, helping her through.
