Chapter 12

The benefit of being a Vampire is that there is very little things that can kill you. Other than a Werewolf bite and wood you're basically invincible.

"Ky, come on. We still have a mission. Its not your time" a blonde lady spoke, feeding him some stolen Tribrid blood.

The bites slowly began to heal, his body piecing itself more together. "Is Klaus dead?" He asked, his memory a bit foggy from the attack.

"Yes, you killed him."

Ky smiled at this imformation. He killed the infamous hybrid and if he could do that, he could do anything. "We need to put a brilliant plan together, something that'll work this time"

"Like what?" Cherin asked, picking old books off the shelf.

"We need Hope weak, thats one thing. Shes now a fully activated Tribrid. And with her companions shes unstoppable. We need to get her alone, to drain her power or to just drain her mentally"

"I've got a plan" Cherin spoke, a smirk plastered on her face. This would be a brilliant plan. This time they would be victorious. "We just have to wait...."

Hope laid in bed, her emotions gathering the best of her. The loss of her dad was still repeating in her head, how she was the reason he was stabbed. How if she just kept her mouth shut, she wouldnt have distracted him. He would still have been here and Liam wouldnt be alone, wouldnt be an orphan with a killer of a sister.

He hadn't even come to see her, not since she had woken from her "beauty sleep". And she honestly didnt blame him, she got their father killed she was the villain. The real villain.

She sighed, this past week was overwhelming and she felt kinda drained. Like her energy wasnt all there.

"Hope" Caroline knocked on the door, grabbing the auburnettes attention. "Come in"

"I thought you'd like some tea, maybe to help that mind of yours"

Hope quirked a brow at the Vampire, confused on what she had meant. "I can sense how sad you are. Its okay to be, you've lost a lot. But I'm here, if you ever want to talk"

"Oh, thank you" Hope gladly accepted the cup, taking a sip out of it. She instantly felt refreshed. "Whats in this?"

"Just a special mix I put together for us Vampires" Caroline winked. "Thank you" Hope cracked a smile for the woman, letting the blonde give her a hug before leaving. Hope took another sip of the tea before sitting it down on her dresser.

"You know..some sunlight wouldnt hurt" Jo invited herself in the room, her brown eyes sparkled against the light poking through Hopes window. The auburnette smiled at the pleasant suprise. "It would if I took off this ring" She flashed it around, the brunette got enough of a glance to realize it was the ring she gifted the girl. "You spelled that ring?" She asked, in a soft tone.

"Of course, I love the ring. It wouldnt hurt to have to wear it for the rest of eternity since it was from my favorite girl"

My favorite girl. Jo chuckled internally at the small comment, her heart lit up like a Christmas tree. "I'm..glad you love it"

She nodded, turning over to the cup on her counter and taking a sip. "You should leave this room sometime tho" Jo pointed out, looking at the girl in her pajamas, seems like thats all shes seen her in lately.

"I do, when I go take a shower"

"Hope, I'm serious. This isnt good for you, you're stronger than this."
