Nathan ran at Pakki as the latter parried attack after attack using nothing but Gwen's katana sheath.
"I don't know who you are... but I'll show you true art...!" Pakki said as the sheath lit up on fire before exploding right in Nathan's face, knocking the resurrected black diver back.
The zombie-like traitor rose to his feet, a severe burn mark across his face - but he didn't seem to care one bit, holding his palm out, channeling the magic he used in life.

Pakki tried to run at him, but felt a sharp pain in his arm pull him back - It was a tendril, stabbed into his right arm. Tens of other tendrils followed, all stabbing into him. "AGH--... I need to kill him... I have to do it..." He said to himself as blue flames spread from the katana's sheath onto the tendrils - but seemingly had no effect on them.

In the courtyard, Kevin fought against Falco, relentlessly attacking him. He parried attack after attack, shadow tentacles trying to grab him were exploded, but no matter what, Kevin couldn't seem to wound Falco too heavily.

Faust slashed at Aiden, who jumped out of the way, sending a firebolt at him. Faust blocked it with his scythe, summoning a large skeleton over himself using his Bonemend that swiped at Aiden.
Aiden switched places with Faust using a Thundercall technique, before a small, ankle-deep water flooded the room.

Pakki glared at Nathan as he turned towards Faust. He didn't even know why, but a single thought plagued his mind - "Fight.. Fight... FIGHT!"
He pulled on the tendrils holding him in place, blood slowly spurting out of his wounds. "FIGHT!" The flames he summoned turned from blue to black as Aiden turned to glare at him, eyes widened.
"That power...!" Aiden said.
Pakki's jet black flames burned away the tendrils as he slammed his now black, burning sheath to the side before darting through Nathan, slicing him.
A black explosion, almost like a black hole appeared before Nathan looked as though the black flames spread onto him.

"Damn it...! The kid really does possess Yun'Shul's power...!" Aiden said as he held a hand out, forming a water bubble around Nathan to try and extinguish the flames but to no avail. "No... Nathan's body isn't on fire... it's his soul! The flames are affecting his soul!"
Faust locked down the ribcage around  Aiden before grabbing his book out of his hands. "Don't you forget about me...!" He said as he turned towards Nathan. "His soul's on fire, eh?..."
Faust stabbed his scythe into Nathan, breaking apart the water bubble he was inside. He spun around, slamming Nathan into Aiden before impaling them both with the ribcage. "In that case... I'll simply let it spread to you."

Outside, a blast could be heard as Kevin's railblade exploded once more. Falco stood ready before the dust cloud left by the blast. "Bring it on... Kevin...!"
After a moment of preparation, the railblade's blade came flying out of the smoke, Falco immediately parrying it - But the weapon bounced back, falling to the ground as Kevin jumped out of the smoke, punching Falco with his fist on fire.
"A DECOY?!--" Falco said before he got hit.
The sheer power of the punch broke apart Kevin's Arcwarder suit. Before his eyes was the first Pakki Jaeger's necklace, corrupted by the power of a drowned god - and worn by none other than Falco. This single hit was enough to sever the necklace - but before Kevin could reach out to take it, Falco grabbed onto it as he flew back from the punch.

Before Falco even hit the ground, an ear-shattering screech could be heard as the gem on the necklace merged into his hand.
Everyone inside the building covered their ears as the screech went on for what felt like an eternity before it finally stopped.
Pat, Matt, Colt, Faust and Pakki all walked to the courtyard to see what Falco has become -
A massive dragon-like creature, with tentacles and fins, similar to Zi'eer's true form.
"You finally show yourself for what you really are... A monster." Kevin said, holding his Railblade to the side, ready to attack.
"Not a single mudskipper, or soldier remains on this island... It's just us now, Falco." Pat said.
"Must suck to be you right now..." Matt added.
Falco narrowed his eyes, shaking his head in frustration as the necklace now dangled on his draconic form's neck. "If you simpletons would just wait a moment... You'd realize how wrong you are." He said. "I didn't scream for nothing just now..."
Colt looked behind them, through the destroyed building. "You've gotta be kidding me..." He said as a massive serpent rose out of the water.
This creature was none other than the Dread Serpent - called in by Falco's screech.
"Would you look at that... He finally got himself a friend..." Faust said, crossing his arms. "Gimme a few minutes and I'll figure out this necromancy thing..."
