Ok, so I'm getting some questions about the element theme here, and I figured is take some time to answer them. First, think Kane Chronicles: there are elementists, like Zia or Alyssa (is Alyssa a host or an elementist? Both right?), (except in the story no cheese), but then there are also magicians and hosts, like Amos, Sadie, and Carter. If you haven't read the Kane Chronicles, follow these instructions to both understand the above and have a better life:
Step one: buy the Kane Chronicles
Step two: read the Kane Chronicles
Step three: smile because you have read a great series.
Simple.
Anyways, another thing I was getting questions about is the Earth/Rock/Life element, because that one's confusing with all it's different interpretations. So on that, think the cartoon thing Avatar. The little blind one is kind of an example (minus blindness) of the Rock elementists in the story, but in this some rock elementists have life elemental powers.
