Chapter 11 Cassie 2017- Chrismas 2019

After visiting England and celebrating the twins' christening, Cassie and her twins, Phillip and Lizzie, were eager to return to Dunedin, New Zealand. Having Cassie's family and friends there to witness this special moment in her children's lives was worth the long and exhausting journey. Once they stepped off the plane, Dunedin's crisp air reminded them of the beauty and familiarity of their hometown.

Despite the jet lag, Cassie couldn't help but smile as she shared stories of her trip with her grandparents and friends and showed off the adorable christening outfits. As they settled back into their little corner of the world, Cassie couldn't help but reflect on the unforgettable memories they had made and were grateful to be back.

Over the summer holidays, Cassie took extra classes at the university in order to help her graduate early. It was a challenging but rewarding decision, as she was able to balance her studies with spending time with her twins and family while also taking advantage of Dunedin's stunning natural beauty. Despite the long hours of studying, Cassie was able to make it through the semester and was one step closer to completing her degree.

In 2017, Cassie took on the challenging task of studying both medicine and music at Otago University while simultaneously raising her twin children. In January, Instagram and Twitter were abuzz with a heartwarming post from Cassie, celebrating her twins' first birthday. Two candles were posted as symbols for each of her precious children, along with a heartfelt message that read, "Two candles. One birthday. So special." Cassie expressed her love and joy for her twins with a smile as she wrote, "Love you forever and always."
