Chapter 28

"Push Tori!" Coach Trent yelled at me from the bench. This is it, the Winter Olympic games of 2014. Here I push on the ice in the first round. We need to win 7 games to get the gold.

I zoomed past Team China's forward and did a spin-o-rama and it sailed into the net and the siren went off "Another goal for Team USA made by Tori Brooks!" the announcer yelled. I was attacked by a swarm of girls on my team.

We won the first game 7-3, China wasn't very good. "6 more games until we have those gold medals in our hands. I know you all have been training your entire lives, this is paying off and I know for most of you this is your second time coming back but the two newbies who have held their weight like no other and making a statement on this team is none other than Tori and Mia. There is only one puck to give and I'm going to go with the most shots tonight, so Tori. Enjoy your first Olympic Games puck" he smiled and tossed it to me. "Hit the showers and go get real food" he smiled and left the locker room.

"Way to go girls, you did fucking awesome" Bobbi said to us and I went off to the shower and took a quick shower and walked out to the lobby with Mia. I saw Troy and my parents and Mia's family.

"Hey tornado" Troy gave me a noogie and took my stick.

"Break my baby and I'll cut you with it" I said in a deadly tone.

"That would be my lovely girlfriend" Holden said from behind me.

I turned around and Holden was standing there in his warm ups and I hugged him "I thought you had a game now?" I asked.

"Nope, I have one next and I'm supposed to be in the locker room in 15 minutes" he smiled back at me.

"Well I would love to stay only if you want me to" I said grinning at him.

"Oh I would love that if you could stay, you don't have to stay for the whole thing though because I know your parents are only here for a little bit" he said.

I kissed his cheek "you're too sweet"

"Eww, you guys are so gross" Zack said and stuck his tongue out like a 4 year old.

"Don't you have your own girlfriend to bug?" Holden asked and I turned around and he wrapped his arms around me from behind.

My mouth fell open "Zack you have a girlfriend?"

"Yes I do, I am mature sometimes. Her name is Lindsey thank you very much and she just went to the bathroom so I figured I'd bug you" he shrugged his shoulders.

Zack's mom smacked his shoulder "Zachary be nice to them" she warned and I pointed and laughed at him.

"Here she comes" Zack said. I looked over and saw a small blonde girl. She looked to be about 20; she was super tiny and cute. She was wearing dark jeans and brown leather riding boots and she was wearing a thin white sweater under her black leather coat with a grey hood attached. She is so freaking cute and by the looks of it, she's good for him. She only had on mascara and she was tan and had a clear complexion, she's adorable.

"Hi Lindsey" Holden smiled.

"Hey Holden" she smiled back and smiled at me "hi I'm Lindsey Logan, Zack's girlfriend. I would like to say holy shit; you're an amazing player out there. You were one of the smallest but didn't take shit from anyone, you attacked the biggest player and made a statement" she got excited.

"Thanks and I'm Tori, Holden's girlfriend." I smiled at her.

"Are you staying for Holden's game?" Zack asked.

I nodded "for the first little bit. My parents are leaving tomorrow and I'm supposed to be going out to dinner with them. I gotta go put this in my car though" I point to my gear.
