We arrive at the club and I honestly regret this. I am wearing a tight, black full body jumpsuit and a blue cropped biker jacket. I'm also wearing white sneakers and I have my goddess braids up in a cute ponytail.
I'm currently sitting while my friends are setting the dance floor on fire. I'm having my second drink and honestly, I should have just stayed at home.
Lesedi comes back to where we are sitting and she pulls me to the dance floor.
Me: no.
I go back to my seat and have more drinks. After a few, I start feeling tipsy so I get up and I join the dance floor.
Lesedi: you go, girl!
She says hyping me up while I outdance everyone in that club. Some man tries to hold me and dance with me but I push him off.
Me: I'm a married woman!
I say waving my hand in his face. He gets angry and becomes aggressive so he grabs my arm. Some random guy holds his shoulder and tells him to leave me alone.
Me: thank you.
I say as the other guy walks off.
Him: oh, don't sweat it.
Me: no, thank you.
Him: I wasn't doing it for you, I really don't like guys like him. What's wrong with this guy?
Him: stay safe, I won't be here to save you next time. I am not batman.
He walks off and I'm left there, absolutely stunned at what just happened.
Lesedi: who is that sexy guy?
Me: a jerk, that's what he is.
Naomi: he saved you.
Me: ugh whatever. We go back to our table and continue drinking over light conversations.

I am so drunk. I won't even request a ride or anything.
I pull out my phone to call Bayanda.
Me: please come and fetch me, I'll send you my location.
He continues speaking but I hear absolutely nothing that he says. I dismiss the call and stand outside the club with my friends. Their ride arrives and we say our goodbyes.
Lesedi: stay safe, friend.
Me: I will.A car pulls over and the person inside the car tells me to come in. I do just as asked of me and get in.
"I don't understand why you'd get this drunk. We haven't even spoken in so long but you call me to pick you up at a club.", he says. He sounds like he is speaking from afar.
Me: hush!
I say before looking outside of the window. I will not allow him to drain me while I'm drunk.
