She and Britain accidentally ended up taking care of way too many affair kids or colonies, which is like almost half of the town's CH population but aye she got through it.

She has a thing for fashion and will occasionally create outfits for herself to wear since she's aware that Britain does not want to endure the suffering of spending hours of shopping for clothes.

You can most likely see her somewhere in the mall or clothing store taking pictures or doing rough sketches of outfit displays. Don't mind her.
She's just getting some inspiration for her next outfit she's going to make.

No she's not a coward.
She made sure that Britain escaped first, despite him offering to have her escape first when they try luring Third to their ambush however they ended up taking a wrong turn and ended up in a tight spot with few tough escape routes (reference to the miracle of Dunkirk).
She managed to fend off most of Third's supporters however she had to flee in a different direction once Third was approaching.
Eventually she was captured and held hostage.

Despite being held hostage, she still leaked out information and caused some troubles for the Roach.
Either way she's going to give you trouble.

After being turn into an octopus, she can barely walk on land when the tentacles are out however she's capable of swimming with them or grabbing items with them.
However it's just getting the items unstuck.
Due to her now being an octopus hybrid, she can squeeze through tight spaces only when her tentacles are out or when she turns herself into an octopus.
However if she only has her tentacles out, the tightness of the space is limited as her human skeletons that has become slightly more flexible and not breaking from tight spaces won't bend as well.
And can camouflage even if her octopus traits aren't out. However when she gets flustered, nervous or scared, she can accidentally camouflage into the environment to hide herself.

Past + Family Relationships

When she was a kid, she absolutely didn't get along with Britain.
Her family and especially her older brother Napoleonic had influenced her to share the same hatred to the Anglo/English family.
However Monarch and England had the brilliant idea of arranging her and Britain to an marriage that they cannot escape from.

France denied this as kept the tradition of fighting Britain during recess until she reached 6th grade where she became more mature and just made fun of Britain.
However the older she got, the more she stopped visibly showing she hated him, forgetting the marriage and unaware that Britain was slowly catching feelings for her.

Until freshman year, she eventually became friends with Britain as both of them wanted to make up the things they said to each other when they're kids.
Due to Napoleonic still hating on Britain, the two had to hide their friendship.
Eventually she caught feelings, blah blah just read the Arranged to Love one shot from the Country Shenanigans to see what happens.

She has a good relationship with her older brother since he always watched over her until his death.
However he was revived in the From The Other Side, making him continue watching his little sister.
However she gets frustrated with him when Napoleonic will bad mouth or constantly why she was with Britain in the first place.

Her parents?
50/50.
They cared for her but there were times where they didn't.
However over time, they slowly became more neglectful yet harsh on her and Napoleonic.
Her father even made her take care of his affair children, adding on more stress as taking care of many countries.
Eventually Napoleonic had enough and revolted against his parents.
She couldn't do much to tribute to this since she had to take care of all the countries.

Eventually conflict struck her relationship with Britain as Napoleonic made numerous attempts to kill him (which always fail. The funny part was that Britain was unaware of it lmao) and when Napoleonic was at war with all of Europe.
She was kinda divided if she should support her brother or her husband so she stayed in the background to watch.

Oh look WW1 and WW2

During WW1, her and Britain learned German in order to intercept G.E's plans and they created their own little morse code which is similar to sign language that only the two can understand.

WW2 came and Roach yoinks France and placed her in his basement.
Third somehow finds a way to create a copy of France and name it Vichy France to trick Britain into thinking France joined the Axis.
But later the mind games didn't work due to France leaking information to Britain from the roach's basement.

Back to family relationships.
She's the step-mother of too many damn countries but she's more famous for taking care of Canada, America, CSA before he died in which he fucking deserves to die, Australia and Zealand.

Canada and America + CSA were given to her and Britain by F.E and England saying that they have to take care of as Britain found Australia and Zealand when Zealand was a baby and Australia was one year old in terms of human age.
England had left them but Britain found the two in a cardboard box and took them in.

Basically Britain stumbles upon two kids and yoinks them form the streets (while going through the legal adoption process).
