First, people make Britain into an abusive piece of shit (in those cliche Rusame stories) and now people tryna make him look like EDP445?!
(Context: EDP445 was a former famous YTuber until he was caught trying to pick up a minor- I mean cupcake).

Napoleonic x Russian Empire or Britain
It's complicated but it's a 0.5/10 (It gets a half point since I find this dynamic funny or smth)
I mainly see this as a one sided relationship.
Russian Empire + Britain doesn't have any romantic feelings towards Napoleonic as Napoleonic says otherwise.
Reasoning why this is in my head canons:
Napoleonic always acted flirtatious around Russian Empire in an attempt to embarrassing him. R.E got annoyed by this however Napoleonic accidentally ends up getting a crush on him. And then we all know what happened next which quickly made Soviet homophobic (one night stand that Soviet overheard when he went to visit his dad). Napoleonic thought it was actually meaningful but R.E played along and made Napoleonic feel like an idiot. But after that, R.E regretted everything as his son hates him now since he slept with a man, forcing R.E to do everything he can to avoid the news spreading.
As for Britain, it is unknown how tf Napoleonic became flirty around him despite Britain being half related to Third and the very son of R.E, Soviet, who are extremely homophobic. Also the fact Britain was the one who killed him.
Not to mention but he also has to worry about Galactic_Bird (Iona_405) beating him up at any given moment.
It's possible that Napoleonic once again, accidentally gained a crush on Britain due to their family rivalry and after France and Britain got married. In fact, Napoleonic got a bit obsessed on teasing and tormenting Britain and he realized that flirting with the Anglo country was a "good way" to torment Britain.
