Rules about the Town/City

Not a CH specific one but rather the rules of the town that humans (and CH have to follow).
Some of the rules have been outdated so I'll specify what rules were outdated.

And of course the city has classic laws but I won't mention them here.

Outdated Human rules

Note: You do not have the oblige on following these rules as these rules were written to keep the existence of the Countryhuman race secret until the Pangea City Incident, in which we were revealed.

1. If you're a human, you are not allowed to film/take a picture of a CH and post it on social media without their consent.

2. If a picture or a film has a glimpse of a CH, immediately delete the photo/video and wait until there are no CH in your area

3. If leaving town, you're forbidden from saying anything about events or personal information about the CH.

4. If you're an outsider, you can only enter the town if you have a permit from me. This applies to family members outside of the town.

Outdated CH rules

1. If a human suspects you're a CH, remain calm and lead them to a private place to knock them out. Once they're knocked out, get rid of all evidence that proves you're a CH and flee the area. No one will believe them as we're considered extinct.

2. If engaging in a conversation with a human, avoid mentioning your CH life and do not show them any photos of yours just to be safe.

3. Consider your time in public wisely as you only have six hours in your human form (where the CH is 100% human. No flags showing). Keep a timer on to make sure you don't accidentally reveal yourself.

Rules for Humans

1. Do not attempt to attack or kill a CH. It's not like you're going to win anyway and I gave them every right to use their methods of defending themselves. Chances of you getting sent to the hospital or getting you killed depends on what CH you decide to attack.

2. If two or more CH are at war with each other and you're not one of their supporters, please remain indoors to avoid conflict and in general avoid it at all cost. If it escalates, alert me immediately.

3. If you see the following countries below alone without their supposed "Watchers," please immediately report them to their Watchers, me, the Top Four World Powers or their children. Do not attempt to confront them as things may become fatal for you.

Third Reich Berlin
Imperial Japan Tokyo
Fascist Italy Rome

4. Do not attempt to hack NATO's systems. This will result in America hunting you down and I'll not be there to help you out of the situation. Although nobody has managed to hack him, it's not worth it. The least amount of damage she'll do to you is your limbs being broken and some rips dislocated.

5. If you're a LBTGQ+ member, avoid the revived countries with the exception of Katipunan, Perla and oddly Mongolian Empire and Napoleonic at all cost. Majority of them are extremely homophobic and I do not want you getting hurt.
And especially avoid Third and Soviet.
