Human Partners

So...

Humans are basically an excuse for me to let other countries exist and be borned without shipping a country with anyone.

When a human dates or is married to a CH, they become immune from old age and diseases.
They'll also physically stop aging at the age of 34.

CH tend to become loyal to their human partners and try their best to spend time with them.
Especially if it's a female human.

If it's a female and when they give birth, they have a 50/50 of dying when delivering the baby.
If they have another child, they're guaranteed to died.
So Male CH will spend more time with their wife before having her bear a child.
...
...

Unless you're England/B.E, Spanish Empire and Fascist Italy.
Then yeah those three are the exceptions.

B.E/England and Spanish Empire will immediately dip once the F!Human is pregnant and go after another woman.

Fascist Italy only used Claire (his human wife) to have Italy before divorcing her because "she doesn't love him." But really it was him being a narcissistic piece of shit.
Some may say he's a aromantic but he does flirt with other women if he deems them to be useful and that he can get something out of them (like money or a item of some sort). And this happened quite a few times whenever Claire is away. So that counters that.

Since human mothers have a chance of dying/guarantee to die when delivering the baby, most CH (whose has a CH father and a human mother) don't know who their mother is (thus giving them mommy issues).

Some examples of a CH not personally knowing who their moms were due to them dying after giving birth to them are:

China + Taiwan
Spain
M.E
Saudi Arabia
Israel + Palestine (I'll explain in their headcanons)
America + Canada + Australia + Zealand (France and Britain are their step-parents. Not bio-parents)
Ukraine + Belarus and Kazakhstan (Tsarita is not their mother as Russia is the only bio-child of Soviet and Tsarita).

Now if it was a vise versa (F!Country x M!Human), nothing bad will happen to the father.
...
...
Okay besides the chance of the father running away to get milk since raising a CH is hard to do.

This happened to the Korean Twins, making Korean Empire a single mom.

Now how come the F!Human dies after giving birth to a CH?

Well, the reasoning for this is unknown but it's theorized that a CH baby requires more nutrients from the mother's body more than a regular human baby. And due to the rapid development of the CH baby, it'll already be almost the size of a 12 month old baby by the time of giving birth.

There is also a chance for a premature birth if a CH becomes an official country whilst in the womb still. An example of this is Britain.

Female CH's bodies are built to give birth to a baby of that size but the normal human body isn't.
Adding on, the CH body is more durable to damage than a human.

It's most likely they will die due to blood loss and possibly internal bleeding and will commonly die after 7-8 hours after giving birth.

Now how come Mary Eddies managed to survive after giving birth to a two war criminals (Soviet and Third) and a person who has to pay his father's child support (Britain)?

Well.
The reasoning is unknown.
(Or is it because of lore plot armor?)

Some say she may of had a genetic mutation that arranged her organs in a different way that allowed her to give birth to three CH without dying.
Or she wasn't human due to her sclera being black.
