Two week later, Brina convinced Megumi to accompany her to the hair store, and they found themselves perusing the aisles filled with wigs and haircare products.
"Hey, check out this wig!" Brina exclaimed, holding up a bob-style wig for Megumi to see. He inspected it with genuine interest but soon shook his head.
"Nah, I'm not feeling the bob style on you. Let's find something else," he suggested, his honesty always appreciated by Brina. She may have had her heart set on that wig, but she valued her husband's input. With a disappointed frown, she returned the bob wig to its display.
She was also on the lookout for lace front glue to ensure her wig stayed in place because she'd rather die than have it lift up in front of people.
After some searching, she spotted a black loose wave wig that was 5x5. It immediately caught her eye with its style and color. She reached for it, carefully examining the wig and running her fingers through its loose waves.
"Yup, you're coming home with me," Brina declared with a smile, clearly excited about her find. Megumi watched her transformation from a frown to a smile, knowing she had fallen in love with the new wig.
"Alright, but I still have my hair appointment and nails to do," Brina said as she kissed Megumi's cheek and headed to the checkout counter.
