After swallowing some painkillers and chugging a glass of water, Geto splashed his face with cold water, hoping to shake off the lingering haze from the night before.
But his mood died when he noticed his neck decorated with faintly visible but unmistakable hickeys. Geto let out an exasperated sigh. "Of course, Oh my god," he muttered to himself as the memories from last night came rushing back.
"We are home!" Geto felt his heart drop to his ass for a moment as he heard the girls voice's ringing out from the living room. His head throbbed even harder as he realized that his daughter's were home. "Shit," he whispered to himself.
Quickly, Geto did his best to hide the hickeys with a high-collared shirt he found in the closet. His mind raced to come up with an explanation, but nothing seemed convincing enough.
Just before the girls could open his bedroom door, Geto popped out, blocking their off the room. with a sheepish grin. "Morning, girls! Did y'all have fun at the sleepover?"
"Yeah, it was lit, Mizu was even there," Nanako said, finally looking up from her phone. "You look mad rough. What happened to you?" Geto chuckled nervously, trying to come up with an excuse that would satisfy his daughters.
"Oh, you know, just a long night hustlin' on some stuff." He tried to smile, hoping that it looked more convincing than it felt.
"Um, the living room is wildin', you want us to clean?" Mimiko asked, looking at the ashes and stuff on the floor. "Don't touch anything!" Geto's quick response attempts to divert his daughters' attention away from the living room.
