3 hours later.

"Sir, Alex is here." A robotic sounding voice announced.

"Bot, unlock the door and poor him a drink, brandy." Charlie explained before putting on his green jacket with sown on patches of the band 'Monkeyz' down the arms. He looked in the mirror and sighed, he never was any good at picking out outfits and didn't have much to wear in the first place. The silver box sitting next to him burst to life, deploying a black omnidirectional track pad beneath it as coloured lights flickered on and a small hatch opened on the side deploying a small arm identical to Jayden's 601 robot. The box tracked its way out of Charlie's bedroom and towards the door. "Bot, also delete anything under the file roleplay please!"

"Deleting female voice and quote marks, fun stuff, quote marks."

"Bot, thank you,"

Bot stopped and turned towards Charlie, a happy face appeared on the front in LED lights and the three fingered claw did it's best to form a thumbs up before saying "I do my best" in an enthusiastic tone. Charlie chucked before Bot continued his given task.

Charlie heard Alex enter his apartment and the sound of a drink being poured followed by muffled conversation between his two best friends. Once he decided he was ready he walked out from his room to find Alex laying on his red velvet sofa.
"Man I wish I had a bed half a comfortable as this," he said before he turned his head to see Charlie. "You look great, don't think I've ever seen you put so much effort into looks."

"Well I thought If I'm gonna meet new people I might as well make a half decent first impression."

"Now your getting it!" He pulled himself from the sofa and walked towards Charlie. "Bot, grab a picture of us."

A red light flashed on Bot. "There are no images containing Alex and Charlie."

"I mean take one," nothing happened for a moment until Alex realised what he said wrong. "Bot, take a picture of us."

A small camera lens appeared in the top centre of the box. "Ready?" Bot asked.

"Do it!" Alex replied, a flash blinded them for a second. "Bot, print that and put it on the desk."

Charlie rolled his eyes and smiled. "Okay are we ready?"

"Yep, let's take on the night." Alex shouted before finishing his drink and opening the door for Charlie motioning for him to go first.

"I better not regret this."  Charlie thought.

The walk took around 20 minutes down the car-less streets of London, but they finally ended up in front of a two story building covered top to bottom in flashing Christmas lights. Above the entrance read 'The late-heavy bombardment'. They headed inside after showing ID to a large bouncer around twice the height and width of them, Charlie was starting to feel nervous. As they walked in music filled the building along with vibrations from bass and cheering, coloured light filled his sight and crowds of people filled every inch of floor. Charlie noticed Alex trying to say something to him but couldn't hear over the techno, eventually Alex grabbed Charlie by his jacket and pulled him through the crowds of people and to a round booth, inside of which were Rose, Chuck and three other people he had never seen before. They sat down and a door slid down seemingly shutting the music out with it, The walls lit up with the Aurora borealis as did the table but with a touchscreen on some sort of menu. Light rock music filled the booth and the faces all turned towards them.

Rose was the first to speak up. "Good to see you boys, what would you like to drink?"

"Some whisky for us thanks," Alex replied then leaned to Charlie's ear and whispered . "Let me order for you, trust me."
