With Kenji unconscious the Hosu incident ended. Though it's tragedy exponentially increased.

"While there were many injured and many died civilian deaths the most noticeable deaths were of four heroes who died protecting civilians. The hero Native who fell at the hands of the hero killer Stain and pro heroes Salamander, Unit and Solemn who fell at the hands of a monster while protecting civilians who were escaping."

A small rat bear dog thing then turned off the TV and placed down his green tea onto a placemat. Turning his attention to everyone in the room around a large oval table. The participants of this meeting were all of the heroic course teachers, a certain detective from the police force and Endeavour who was first at the scene.

???: The coordination of the Nomus and Stain are too precise to be mear coincidence. So either someone other than the hero association knew of Stains next attack or Stain teamed up with another organisation of villains to create a precise attack to cause panic, chaos and destruction.

Aizawa: Based off the monsters, or "Nomu" as the leader of the villain group who attack the USJ called them. It would be wise to assume it was them that either knew Stain would attack there or recruited Stain.

Midnight then stood up quickly.

Midnight: That doesn't make sense though. Before now Stain has had the ideology of killing "false heros." There would be no way he would join a group solely based off of destruction and chaos. It couldn't be that.

Everyone in the room looked at Midnight and nodded. She made a good point. He was a serial killer but he did it under a certain cause. A twisted cause that he hadn't strayed from until now.

???: Principal Nezu if I may.

Nezu gave a slight nod to detective Takimichi as he stepped to the table.

Takimichi: Midnight is correct. When Stain was brought into custody and locked in a secure hospital ward, he was observed to physically change back to what we knew him as. With this he also regained consciousness. After interrogating him in his hospital room we found that he had completely no memory of the fight after killing Native. On top of that, he also had no clue how it happened.

Everyone in the room looked slightly confused as to how someone could fight so well unconsciously.

Takamichi: Now here comes the interesting part. Before we showed him his face using a mirror causing him to lash out in anger. Stain told us his quirk. Name: Bloodcurl. On consumption of someone's blood they enter a state of temporary paralysis. Different blood types have different paralysis times. This is what he used to kill previous hero's with only two cuts. One a surface level wound just enough to draw blood and the second a fatal wound that disables or kills them.

Nezu: That would explain how he easily defeated his victim with two strikes. One small wound that draws blood so he can use his quirk. Then the next part was as easy as could possibly be.

Mic: But wait. That doesn't add up to the students testimonies of how Stain became significantly stronger, regenerated and even transformed.

Nezu nodded at this.

Nezu: Present Mic is right. That quirk doesn't match the physical enhancement, regeneration and transformation.

Nezu looked back at Takimichi expecting an answer. Takimichi looked at All Might with a serious expression before speaking.

Takimichi: Okay. This is sensitive information and I cannot have this leaving the room. But when Stain told me about his quirk I had a reliable doctor examine him. What he found was while his original quirk hadn't changed, there was another. Quirk factor with high compatibility to his original quirk mixed in within his body but still foreign and affecting him in unknown ways.
