Ch 64 - Making An Issue Worse

Kenji woke up before Mina. It was still day some maybe they slept the whole day. But Kenji decided he would read for a bit. All this while glancing at the screen next to him. A save file of DXD.

Kenji: {I should apologise to Issei. The transformation really hurt and that the system probably helped. I did that with no experience. I should also try and leave the dimensional gap. Some how...!Arrr fuck it let's go.}

Kenji pressed the save file and appeared in the same room with Ophis. He was face down on the floor and suddenly everything became heavy. Kenji gulped and felt a sense of danger coming from her.

Ophis: Where did you go?

Kenji: Huh. What do you mean?

Kenji was completely confused.

Ophis: You disappeared and then reappeared. It was practically instant but I felt it. So where did you go?

Kenji: {I thought no time passes when I leave.} I have no clue what you're talking about.

Ophis stared at him for a bit.

Ophis: Your really strange...

The door suddenly opened.

???: Hey Ophis we a... Whose the new guy?

Ophis: What did I say about disturbing me! I told you...

Kenji looked at the silver haired guy. Their eyes met and he seemed to lose interest in what Ophis was saying.

???: What are you?

Kenji: A Daemon.

???: You're lying to me.

Kenji: No. I'm not.

???: You're a dragon.

Kenji: Part. About a fourth. {Though if I'm no longer human about a third.}

Ophis: I thought you didn't know what you were.

Kenji: I've just found out.

Kenji began to slightly steam as his sweat evaporated from nervousness.

Ophis looked at the steam coming off of him and slightly chuckled but stopped it dead immediately.

Ophis: You keep getting weirder and weirder. Oh well. You're now apart of Valis team.

Kenji and Vali: WHATTT?!

Ophis: Quiet!

Kenji immediately covered his mouth and Vail quickly silenced.

Ophis: Kenji here seems very strong so he will join you. I don't want any fighting ok.

Both Kenji and Vali quickly nodded. Then Valis expression quickly changed. Valis was hearing something in his head.

Ophis: And if you touch a single hair on his head I will make you dearly regret it.

Vali gulped as Kenji looked at the both of the back and forth extremely confused by them staring at each other.

Vali: Dragon boy. Come with me.

Kenji: I'm not a dragon.

Vali: Then what's your name dragon boy.

Kenji: Soto Kenji.

Vali: Ok dragon boy follow me.

Kenji looked at Ophis and then back at Vali. It seemed like she was telling a dog that the person in front of them was okay to follow so Kenji did. He left with Vali leaving Ophis in the room alone.

Kenji: {FUCK YEAH! I'm finally out. I just need to get back to Earth and I'm home free.}

Vali: Kenji we've got a mission in the human world.
