Ch 23 - A Hero Of The Hospital (2)

The attackers had tried to quietly open the door in case the patients and nurses had taken over the floor. A surprise attack is what they tried to attempt. But with Kenji bursting through the door the plan went completely haywire. While it was silent as intended, it was them who were subdue all three of them landing on the floor with a swift punch to the jaw at 5% One for All. Knocking them out completely. Kenji took off their tops and tied them to the stairwell railing.

Kenji took one of their radios as he head down to the 5th floor.

Kenji: 7 more left.

Kenji ignoring the ringing sound of his blue screen.

Kenji then arrived at the 5th floor door. A criminal patrolling the area just beyond it. He could hear the footsteps.

???: Kazu have you heard from Wang or the others I sent up? They should have checked the floors by now.

Kazu lifted his radio to his mouth. Kazu a tall man with his left arm having multiple octopus like tentacles on.

Kazu: I haven't boss. Since Yuki left to go with the others I hadn't heard from them.

???: Damn it. Go to plan B.

Kenji who was peeking through the door saw a look of fear of Kazus face.

Wang: Boss are you sure? I thought that would be a last resort.

???: Just do it. That is unless you rather be tourtured by him. Trust me. If he tourtures people like he does to that girl you would rather go with plan B. I don't like it as much as you, but if the patients, doctors, and nurses have taken over the floors it's only a matter of time before they come down here to do the same thing.

Kenji suddenly fell back when he heard about the girl.

???: Brother help me. Please help. It hur...

Suddenly the door burst open as Kazus tentacles extended. Trapping Kenji in a bind.

Kazu: Boss I've got what looks like to be a visitor causing trouble. I'll tie hi...

Kenji teared the tentacles apart with 10% One for All. Causing Kazu to scream in pain.

???: Kazu! KAZU! CAN YOU HEAR ME?

Kazu was holding his arm as his tentacles were twitching in pain. Kenji stepped on his leg and broke the shin. Screams could be heard throughout the hospital. Kenji was visibly pissed as bloodlust emanated for his body, similar to Stain from the canon verse. Kazu thought could saw a demon behind the kid as he cowered.

Kenji: What is plan B, AND WHO IS THE GIRL?

Kazu was shaking, a wet patch forming in his trousers.

Kazu: I... I... I... Only now of... the girl... not who... plea...

Kenji then placed his foot on Kazus head. The pressure feeling like it could crush Kazus skull. It felt so easy to crush it. Like a grape under his foot.

Kenji: WHAT IS PLAN B?!

Kazu started to cry as his words came out.

Kazu: We have to... *hick* turn on our vests.

Kenji took off Kazus coat and underneath was a jacket of explosives. Kenji removed his foot and used 5% One for All, punting Kazu in the chin, knocking him out.

Kenji: How am I going to defeat the rest when they have hostages and suicide vests?

???: HEY ASSHOLE ANSWER ME! I KNOW YOU TOOK DOWN KAZU SO ANSWER!

Kenji picked up the radio from his pocket and answered.

Kenji: Hey. How's it hanging? Plans going good?

There was complete silence over the radio so Kenji took it as a sign that he was pissed. So he tried to make it even worse.

Kenji: You know your men are weak as hell. I mean it was pitiful. 8th, 7th 6th floor all terribly weak. Also this Kazu guy looks like he came straight out of a hentai. So what's your quirk? Something kinky I assume.

Kenji then heard a brief breath. Something akin to venting out anger or frustration.

???: Ok. I'm going to assume with all this talk your pretty strong a...

Kenji: Yeah, I would say I'm pretty strong.

???: AND! You want to save these hostages. Now I don't know if your a hero or what, but if you don't come down to the ground floor in the next 2 mins I will kill a hostage.

This here is where Kenji knew he took annoying this guy too far. Kenji had hoped like any dumbass villain he would keep sending people up until he just run out of manpower or even spill anymore secret plans they had. But this guy wasn't going to waste effort. If Kenji didn't come down he would just kill people.

Kenji: Ok ok. I be down just don't kill anyone.

???: You know what? Now you only have 1 minute. Better hurry.

Kenji then jumped straight down the middle of the stairs landing on the first floor. There were no surprise attacks, no tricks. The stairs were completely empty. Opening the door Kenji was greeted by a large amount of hostages, 6 criminals standing over them and 1 panting in exhaustion in the corner.

Kenji: Is that guy ok?

Kenji questioned pointing to the guy that looked pale and exhausted.

???: That's none of your business. Now who are you? Are you a hero? A vigilante? Someone that has too many screw loose?

Kenji: I guess you could say I'm a hero. I do go to school specifically for that reason.

???: Boss wait. That's the kid that won the first years sports festival. If I remember correctly he completely demolished the competition. What was his name? Katsiku, Karin, Jeki... AH IT WAS KENJI!

Kenji smiling as he cockily rubbed his nose at the compliment just to annoy the boss. though he was happy he still had fans.

???: So this guy is that strong. VANESA! Do your thing. He will help with bring back the supplies Overhaul needed.

Anger grew visibly on Kenji. His fists violently shaking and his face contorting in anger.

Kenji: OVERHAUL! THAT MEAN THE GIRL YOUR TOURTURING IS E...

Suddenly his face was grabbed to look towards a female with pink eyes and a slender body. She was much shorter than Kenji as he looked down at her.

Vanesa: You'll be a good boy for mommy won't you.

The woman's eyes blinking pink.

[Gamers mind has detected mental intrusion.]

Kenji: Sorry old lady I'm already dating someone.

Vanesa: OLD LADY! I'm 2...

Kenji then punched the woman in the face with 10% One for All before she could finish her sentence. Sending her flying into a wall. Her nose completely broken flat against her face as she fell unconscious.

???: Don't move or my men will blow this whole building sky high!

Kenji then looked at the screens he has been ignoring. Since these guys didn't look like they planned on moving unless he did something he decided he could do this until he thought of something.
