Mina turned on the lights and saw Kenji standing there in his mostly ripped clothes.
Mina: Oh my god. YOU LOOK SO COOL!
Kenji: Eh?
Mina: You look exactly like a demon lord from a fantasy manga. Are these scales real? Woah your so warm. Your nails are also a different colour did you paint them? And your size. You sure worked out a lot while you were gone.
Kenji was about to cry but sucked up those tears. Because he told himself gods don't cry.
Kenji: {Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry.} Do you want to see more?
Mina: There's more?!
Wings sprouted out of Kenji. The wings were so big that they hit both sides of the wall, not allowing them to fully expand. His scales grew around his neck and temples and his claws showed.
Mina: YOU HAVE WINGS?! THIS MEANS YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELEPORT ME EVERYWHERE. Wait where did they come from? Your nails and scales also grew. Kenji is this what you didn't want me to see? Were you afraid to show me this?
Kenji put his wings and claws away.
Kenji: Yeah. I don't look like mys...
Mina hugged the behemoth that Kenji was. Mina barely able to get her arms around his waist.
Kenji: M... Mina.
Mina: This feels so good Kenji. Your like a heated blanket. I don't want to let go.
Kenji slowly and gently wrapped his hands around Mina embracing the hug.
Kenji: So you don't mind that I've changed.
Mina: Absolutely not. Though I feel kinda hurt that you'd think otherwise.
Kenji: I'm sorr...
Kenji began to slowly fall from being off balance and used Spacial Hop to fall face first behind Mina.
Mina: Kenji are you okay?
Kenji: Yeah. I just haven't gotten used to this body so everything is kinda hard to do.
Mina: Do you need help up?
Kenji: Do you want to try?
Kenji smiled and Mina took this as a challenge as she rolled up her sleeves. She grabbed Kenji by the hand and tried to pull him up. She made ever effort to try.
Mina: Grrrr. Why. Won't. You. Get. Up.
Minas hands slipped and she fell over.
Kenji: Are you okay Mina?
Kenji had given up and accepted he was going to be on the floor for a while.
Mina: You weigh a ton! I don't get why you don't just practice in that place you went to and come back? You said no time passed when you were there?
Kenji stared at the roof. Bringing his hand over his face and dropping it on him.
Kenji: I'm and idiot. Mina. I'll be right back.
Kenji the found himself back in the library. But everything was back the way it was. As if the invasion never happened.
Kenji: Why is everything fixed?
[A gods domain takes care of itself.]
Kenji: Huh. Ok whatever. Now it's training montage time.
It wasn't a quick montage but gruelling dedicated training. Kenji went to the training area and turned it into the UA testing ground. He started training to stand up right, then walk then run. Jumping, running and jumping. Practicing fighting. It took him weeks in his domain before he could even run. Months before he was at a decent performance and a full year before he was back to his peak performance. Then he practiced flying. Up, down, left, right. Loops and spins. In between buildings and at high speeds. Fighting in the air Kenji did everything he could think of. Fighting All for One while flying. Having Nomu firing at him to dodge projectiles. In total physical training took 3 years. Flying taking a lot longer than Kenji initially intended.
