Third Person POV :
"WHAT the heck!"
Tears streamed down Taehyung's blood-red eyes, which were already puffy from previous crying bouts. His face was flushed red and filled with sweat, and he hiccupped pathetically, each small sound echoing his distress.
Jungkook watched, heart aching, as Taehyung. Like a stubborn child, continued to shove spicy food into his mouth, despite the evident intolerance with spiciness etched in his current state. Jungkook simply couldn't understand why he was making himself suffer.
"Taehyung... here, drink this." Jungkook rushed over, offering the milk with urgency, his brow furrowing in worry.
"Why are you forcing yourself? If you can't handle spicy food, you should have told me. I can make something else for you," he exclaimed, flabbergasted by Taehyung's relentless determination to endure the pain. Who the hell in his sanity would willingly go through such torment?
The poor boy's gaze fell to his lap, his trembling hands betraying just how fragile he felt. "You need to talk so that I can understand, Taehyung," Jungkook urged, striving to conceal the annoyance bubbling within him. He understood that Taehyung was scared to open up, but his silence was an agonizing barrier between them.
When Taehyung finally spoke, his voice was barely a whisper, laced with fear. Jungkook's heart sank further as he tried to grasp the weight of his words.
"I-I will be p-punished if I don't eat... if-if I don't listen to y-you." Taehyung met Jungkook's gaze, his large, glossy yet fearful eyes brimming with fresh tears, lips trembling as he spoke.
"WHAT?? Why would I do that? What do you take me for? A psychopath?" Jungkook scoffed, disbelief washing over him. But then his eyes fell on the bruised flesh on his cheekbone, a lingering reminder of Taehyung's terrible past. "Wait..." His hand went to gently brush over the faint purple bruise, almost healed by now. "So these are...."
His voice trailed off as Taehyung's slight nod confirmed his worst fears. The vulnerable boy's expression, filled with dread and sorrow, twisted Jungkook's heart into knots. He recalled Taehyung's actions from the first day. The realization hit him like a cold wave—Taehyung had been conditioned to obey, he ate whatever Jungkook offered him, and did whatever he was told. As if he didn't want to face the consequences if he strayed from orders.
He clenched his jaw and fisted his hands. He felt the anger build in him at whoever treated the angel in front of him in such a cruel way. But he managed to stifle his anger and took the boy into his arms and hugged him.
"I'm so sorry for whatever happened to you....You will never be treated like that here. You can say whatever you want here, got it?" he asked softly. Taehyung nodded on his chest and hugged him back snuggling more into his chest, liking the warmth from this unfamiliar male.

Kim Minseok was burning with anger at his men who failed to find Taehyung. He was about to shoot all the men including Chanyeol and Janghyun when they heard a voice. Minseok looked at the owner of the voice who was also his son.
"What's wrong, Mr. Kim?" He asked as if he didn't have any idea of whatever happened in the past few days.
Minseok dismissed his men, signaling them to leave the room. Everyone left giving space for the father and son. Chanyeol exchanged a glance with the son before he left the room.
"What happened, Mr. Kim? Why is everyone looking so tense?" He smirked at his father who was back facing him looking out the window.
"Taehyung is missing." He stated aggressively.
