Third person pov:

"Why? His illustrations are perfect for most of our books. Did he get a better offer from another company?" Jimin asked, just stepping into the office in the evening to catch up on updates after being busy with other matters over the past couple of days. Eunwoo had just dropped some surprising news.

"No... he mentioned that Jungkook's upcoming book will be his last project, and he won't be drawing anymore," Eunwoo responded, handing Jimin a file. "It's his termination contract."

"No, no... Jungkook won't go for this. He turned down eight different artists before he settled on this one. We need to convince him to stay-offer him whatever it takes," Jimin insisted. Eunwoo typically handled their company's writers and illustrators.

"You don't realize? He's even willing to pay the penalty for breaking the contract early. I guess it doesn't matter much to people living in a fancy mansion like Jungkook and him," Eunwoo sighed as he slumped into his chair, clearly frustrated.

"What did you just say?" Jimin leaned in, suddenly more attentive.

"That he's willing to pay the penalty?"

"No... what about the mansion?"

"That he lives in a mansion?"

Jimin's thoughts shifted quickly. "Oh no... why wasn't Kim Beom's name included in the list we gave to Yoongi hyung? I remember he specifically asked for a signed copy." He pulled out his phone and dialed Yoongi.

"Uh... he asked for that after a long time, so it had to be processed separately. It might have slipped. My bad..." Eunwoo apologized.

"Later Eunwoo... For now, please gather as much information about him as you can," Jimin urged, turning his attention back to the call. "Hyung... it looks like we missed a name on the list..."

Jungkook and Taehyung strolled down the corridor, after freshening up. Taehyung was in a bit of a huff, pouting dramatically because Jungkook hadn't given him a heads-up to pack his clothes before arriving here. He had to wear some random boring clothes from Jungkook's wardrobe here.

But truth be told, Taehyung's sulking was just a playful ruse to get Jungkook's attention. He secretly loves wearing Jungkook's clothes, but what he adores even more is Jungkook turning into a cute puppy, trailing after him whenever he pretends to be upset. So why would he miss the chance?

"Tae...my baby...my sweetheart...I'm really sorry! I'll bring your clothes tomorrow, I promise! So please talk to me, Tae." Jungkook pleaded, reaching for Taehyung's hand, only to have it swatted away with a glare.

After a few rounds of this game, Jungkook decided he'd had enough of begging. In a swift movement, he pulled Taehyung closer and pinned him against the wall, gently cradling the back of his head with his free hand to ensure Taehyung wouldn't bump it into the wall.

Taehyung's eyes widened, his heart thudding in his chest as Jungkook flashed a cheeky grin. He knew Taehyung could never stay mad for long-he had a weakness for Jungkook's hugs and his tiny pecks. He always melts whenever Jungkook does it.

Just as Jungkook leaned in, ready to plant a sweet kiss, Taehyung pushed him away, his hands resting firmly on Jungkook's chest to push him away. "What, now you won't even let me kiss you?" Jungkook teased, his voice mockingly hurt.
