Third Person POV :
Seokjin was having a rather intense moment with his forehead smacking repeatedly into his desk when the office door swung open, revealing his rescuer, Jimin. The forehead bashing came to a halt as Seokjin looked up, half expecting a grand entrance.
Jimin hurriedly ran to him, placing a hand on Seokjin's shoulder, concern etched all over his face. "Hyung, what's going on? You look like you just lost a round in a boxing match!"
"Jimin-ah, will you help your Hyung?"
"Hyung, I'm here for you! Just tell me what you need!" Jimin smiled encouragingly.
"Honestly, I'd take a new face at this point. I'd even brave surgery if it means I can avoid the embarrassment. But I just need to change this face. Or I will be just- Wait....if I get surgery, will the new face be as handsome as mine? I don't think that will happen. I don't want to replace my handsome face. But what if I bump into him looking like this? It would be the ultimate humiliation of my life!... Oh no, Jimin! What do I do now?" Seokjin's voice peaked in panic as he buried his face in his hands.
"Okay, okay! Deep breaths!" Jimin coached, grabbing a chair and plopping it next to Seokjin's. "Now tell me what happened clearly."
Seokjin launched into his tale, skipping over his past love life details. By the end, however, Jimin was no longer in his chair; instead, he was rolling on the floor, howling with laughter.
"Hyung, that was the best thing I've heard all week! Seriously, I needed that laugh!" Jimin wheezed, wiping away fake tears of mirth. It was the first time for Jimin to laugh heartily in the last few days. He has always been on edge ever since he saw Taehyung at Jungkook's home.
"YAH! Not the reaction I was expecting! I wanted advice, not a stand-up routine!" Seokjin's words started as a yell but ended as a mumble.
"But, I have to know—was he so ridiculously good-looking that you just couldn't resist him?" Jimin smirked, clearly enjoying the moment way too much.
"Uhm... I don't remember his face," Seokjin mumbled, trying to look serious.
This only sent Jimin into another fit. "That was epic...You're killing me, Hyung! That's the highlight of the story! You forgot his face!" He clapped his hands amusingly.
"Okay, okay! Fine! Now, the serious and most important question. How is the kiss? Huh?" He wiggled his brows at the other.
"Shut up your mouth before I shove this paperweight in it." Seokjin threatened, waving the object like a sword.
"Whoa now! No need for violence, just because you're struggling with your dimple issues!" Jimin laughed, throwing his hands up in mock defense.
"It was all because of you. Where were you when Jungkook called? You could have saved me from all this!" He retorted while trying to conceal the blush that crept on his face.
"Ah-ha! So you liked it!" Jimin teased with a wink, practically wiggling in his seat, making Seokjin's face grow deep red.
"Oh my, where did my confident hyung go?" Jimin exclaimed. "The Jin hyung I know would never feel embarrassed about what he did... He is always confident and slays in whatever he does." His words comforted Seokjin somehow.
"Well, you are right and about the kiss, it was good, I say?" Seokjin said boldly, the confidence Jimin wanted to see returned in his voice. "That's more like my Jin Hyung." The younger chimed making Seokjin smile. "And about your dimple, guy, I will look into it, and I'm really sorry about last night. I had to deal with something at the office." Jimin apologized.
