CHAPTER 3: The Cassette Tape

YURIKA POV:

When I arrived home my mother and my dad was waiting for me in the dinning area, My dad was just reading a book and my mother Ryoba is cooking for us. My mother asked me "Did you find him?" I flattered for a bit but I didn't say anything it's just that I'm not ready yet to tell my parents about a boy I'm really obsessed with It feels like I want to keep it a secret forever. Eventually my mother finished cooking and we ate together quietly, The house was completely quiet and my mother said.

 "Darling, your dad and I are going to america!" My mother said I asked why but she ignored what I said and said "Oh don't worry honey you can take care by yourself I'm pretty sure by the time we get back you will have a boyfriend!" My mother said and my father was quiet and continue to eat, The next day when I woke up my parents were gone, "I guess they left without saying good bye." I said to myself and prepare my uniform and lunch for school.

Pagdating ko sa bahay hinihintay ako ng nanay ko at ng tatay ko sa dinning area, Nagbabasa lang ng libro ang tatay ko at pinagluluto kami ni nanay Ryoba. Tinanong ako ng aking ina "Nahanap mo ba siya?" Namula ako saglit pero hindi ako umimik buti na lang hindi pa ako handang sabihin sa mga magulang ko ang tungkol sa isang lalaki na kinikilig talaga ako Parang gusto ko nang maglihim ng tuluyan. Maya-maya ay natapos na ang aking ina sa pagluluto at sabay kaming kumain ng tahimik, Tahimik ang buong bahay at sabi ng aking ina.

"Darling, were going to america,n" Ang sabi ng nanay ko tinanong ko kung bakit pero hindi niya pinansin ang sinabi ko at sinabing huwag kang mag-alala honey kaya mo nang mag-isa I'm pretty sure sa pagbalik natin magkakaroon ka ng boyfriend!" Sabi ng nanay ko at ang tatay ko naman. tahimik at nagpatuloy sa pagkain, Kinabukasan pagkagising ko wala na ang mga magulang ko, "Umalis na yata sila ng walang paalam." sabi ko sa sarili ko at naghanda ng uniform at tanghalian para sa school.

ENGLISH

Yurika arrived at school and was met by Midori at the school gate entrance, "Yurika! I've been waiting for you for a while!" Midori said to Yurika while waving at her, "Why are you so happy? Something happened?" Yurika said to Midori "You know Sumire planned to confess to Jokichi this Friday!" Midori said to Yurika while Yurika was shocked in disbelief, "Shush Yurika! Only five people know this, including us!" Midori said to Yurika while Yurika's hands are twitching with anger. 

"I can't do this! I have to stop him, even if I hurt him, Even if I kill him." Yurika said to herself and walks away ignoring Midori, She went straight to her classroom and sees Sumire talking to students, she glared at her and sits on her chair, later the teacher walks in so as Jokichi, as the teacher discussed Sumire and her bffs were laughing while they are whispering each other, this made the teacher disappointed "Your so loud!" The teacher shouted at the whole class while Sumire regretted everything.

Yurika stood up, "Sumire is the one making the noise." The whole class gasped as Yurika said it was Sumire, "Is it true that Sumire made the noise in class?" The whole class was quiet and two students it was true it was Midori and Pippi, Sumire was shocked in disbelief that her classmates would do that. Sumire was then brought to the Guidance Counselor Ginko Saronaha, "Why are you like that in your Classroom while your Advisor is discussing in front, is there a problem Sumire?"  

Ginko said while Sumire was quiet for 10 seconds and she finally spoke, "I'm sorry for what I did, I know it's wrong but I can't stop myself from talking to my friends, it won't happen again." Sumire said to Guidance Counselor, "It's strange to see a student talking like that, I choose to trust you, I hope it won't be a problem next time, you can leave." Sumire went to the classroom after that and went straight to Yurika, "I'm sorry for what I did Yurika, I hope you forgive me." Sumire said to Yurika, "I'm sorry, I see Sumire, I hope it won't happen again." Yurika said to Sumire and Sumire went to her seat and the teacher continued the discussion

After that it was Recess time and everyone went to the canteen to buy something, Yurika noticed that Sumire is not going to the canteen it's probably because of what happened ealier, Sumire was just napping refusing to follow her bffs to the canteen. This gives Yurika a grin to her face she thinks that she is close to defeat her. 

While Yurika and Midori walks to the canteen she then spotted her "Senpai" at the canteen entrance looking so handsome than before, she blushed while walking so close to him to the canteen. "Why are you blushing? is it because of Jokichi?" Midori said while smiling at Yurika, "It's nothing!" Yurika said to Midori while Yurika continues to blush. "Dont worry, Your secret is safe with me." Midori said to Yurika while smiling at her. 

Yurika and Midori buys what they want at the canteen and leaves, while walking Yurika noticed someking of cassette tape lying under the tree, "Why is there a cassette tape here?" Yurika questioned herself and let Midori go first, she then remembers that the school has a cassette tape player at the school's computer lab, she then went there and played the tape. "Hello, Can anyone hear me? I'm an Investigative Journalist if someone is listening to one of my tapes please listen until the end. The year is 1990 a year later after the Court Trial of this girl enrolled in akademi in 1989. I suspected that she killed girls in her years.

 I'm pretty sure she kills girls that shows interest on her crush. This girl is so dangerous so If you encounter her please don't get into her bad side, I'm leaving for America from now on I don't want to be involve to her anymore, if someone is listening to this. Please be careful." The cassette tape ends and Yurika was confused by what the Journalist meant but she thinks the tape is some kind of prank so she throws it to the trash and went to her classroom.
