Chapter 15: This is Mine
LUNCH TIME
Lunch Time comes and students start to gather around the cafeteria, Yurika and Midori sit together both near the edge of the balcony.
The Cafeteria has a balcony that looks above the high buildings outside the school campus.
"Anyways, Class was so boring I couldn't even focus on what's the teacher was saying at all.." Midori says while munching on her food tray.
Midori then speaks and points her spoon towards Yurika, "But.. I wasn't bored when you were looking at Jokichi earlier.." Midori starts to giggle and continues to eat.
"Shush.. Shut up.." Yurika replies, "Anyways.. Back in the school bus... I heard some students say that there will be a new transfer student soon?" Yurika said.
Midori replies, "Oh? Koka Binata? You didn't know? Gosh Yurika her face is literally all over the internet right now.. She is known as the future best actress in our country.." Midori said and continues to eat her food like a wild animal.
"Hmm.. Is she something that I should be aware of?" Yurika said, and Midori replies, "Aware of? What do you mean?"
Yurika moves closer, "I mean.. like should I be aware of her, Jokichi might be interested in her.."
"Ah.. that's something that I don't know... we really don't know for sure... the outcome is something we couldn't predict." Midori says, "Anyways, Why are you aware? are you worried that someome might take your senpai away this time?" Midori says and starts to giggle.
Across the cafeteria room, a person starts shouting, "You bitch! Thinking your getting away from this?" A girl shouted to another girl who was sitting while eating her lunch.
"Give me my money back!" The girl then grab her by the chin and slaps her hard and sigh.
"I don't even know what you're talking about.. leave me alone.." The timid girl said, "Hah.. Now you're acting the victim? do you want to be dead like Sumire, Huh?!"
Yurika heard of this and stands up, "Hey.. do you even have the rights to talk about a dead girl here? Don't you have any respect?"
The girl who shouted at the timid girl turned around with a glare staring directly at Yurika, but Yurika was brave.
"Are you not embarrased? People are literally watching and listens to you, and now your talking to someone who's dead?" Yurika says with a cold expression but in a brave tone.
"Hey.. Who do you think you are?" The girl says and slowly starts walking towards Yurika, and then Jokichi came and stops her.
"Stop..You stop here.." Jokichi says and looks at the girl with a disappointed look.
"Who do you think-" before the girl can even finish her sentence, Jokichi interrupted her, "I'm a senior, You don't have the right to stop me." Jokichi says with confidence and determination in his look.
The girl then chuckles and looks back at Yurika again and leaves the Cafeteria, Jokichi looks at the Timid girl.
"Are you okay?" Jokichi says, the timid girl then replies that she's okay.
