Chapter 13: Past And Present
"You have no right to be here...! Just get out!" Lenka shouts at Pippi's father and starts to push him away, Pippi's father starts to tear.
Lenka pushed Pippi's father out of the front door, "Now let me ask you the question... Do you even know who you are...?" Pippi's father said.
"What...?" Lenka tears goes on but now she is in a confused state.
"You never even announced that Pippi was suffering... I never even knew that she was in a critical condition..." Pippi's father said and slowly looked at Lenka.
"Are you even her mother? You are a SELFISH human being." Pippi's father continues to tear up and then wears his black hat and goes into his car and drives away.
Lenka watches Pippi's father's drive away with tearful in her eyes, she then falls to her knees, rain then starts pouring in while Lenka was in the rain crying in agony.
The rain swept away the crying noises, as if like Pippi was the rain and is trying to swipe away the tears and cries.
The air was thick, Lenka was full of emptiness and full of despair while an old woman held her shoulders as they watched the coffin.
1 Day Before The Class Starts
Yurika woke up feeling tired, her parents haven't reached out to her nor given her a mail telling her that they are okay.
"When are they even coming back..." She says to herself, she then stands up and prepares breakfast. She then receives a ton of notification from her phone.
"Why is my phone buzzing so much..?" Yurika then opens her phone and there were 500 messages saying.
"Condolence to Pippi's Family."
"Rest in peace Pippi."
"May your soul rest in peace."
Yurika was confused and doesn't know what's happening, she then calls Midori.
"Midori, What the hell is happening in our Group Chat?" Yurika said,
"You didn't know? Pippi's mother just announced last night that Pippi is dead." Those words shook up Yurika's world a little.
"Pippi is dead?"
Yurika starts to overthink,
"How did Pippi die? Did something happen to her? Did she have an accident?" Yurika said in a curious voice.
"Hindi ko alam bes.. basta ang sinabi lang ng mama niya ay namatay daw siya dahil sa depression." Midori said.
"Depression?"
Yurika knew that something was up, how could Pippi just die all of the sudden?
"Okay, I'll call you back later." Yurika then hangs up the phone call, then starts pacing back and forth in her room.
"Pippi just died all of the sudden? Was it because the Police interviewed her?" Yurika starts to think even more.
"Wait... did the police even interviewed Pippi?" Yurika said and then grabbed her Jacket and went to the Police Station.
The Police station was busy and a lot of people were giving their own concerns and problems, Yurika looks for the police officer that interviewed her about Sumire's death.
After a few minutes of searching he found the Police who interviewed her, "Umm.. Hello.. My name is Yurika Saisho, Do you remember me?"
The Police look up to see Yurika's face, "Oh yes, I remember you I interviewed you about Sumire's death, Is there something I can help you with?" The Police said in a curious look.
