CHAPTER 19: Learning Some Information
Yurika who is still kneeling in front of Principal Turo begans to tremble.
"Know your place, brat." Principal Turo says as he shakes the paper bag with the necklace in it.
"I will do anything.. just don't expose me.." Yurika says, still looking downat the floor not moving an inch or looking at Prinipal Turo eye to eye.
"If you don't want them to know.. your crimes.. can you do me a favor, hmm?" Principal Turo says in a playful but in a whisper tone.
"What would that be..?" Yurika says, while her hands still trembling.
"Make yourself expell from this school and never return." Prinipal Turo says.
The words that came out of Principal Turo's mouth shook Yurika, but she couldn't move an inch still.
"Do I really have to do his request..?" Yurika says in her head overthinking of what option she will side into.
"No..! I can't do it!" Yurika says in her head and closes her eyes, her face is full of sweat.
Turo then speaks up again, "Hmm? Do you agree? if you agree.. I won't tell your big secret.." Turo says in Yurika's ear.
"I can't believe.. this man is.. blackmailing me..?"
"Do I need to run..? No! It's useless anyway if you run, Yurika!
"Then should I fight him? No! I don't even know if his physically strong, he could probably pin me down instantly."
"Should I snap the paper bag out of his hands? I don't think that would work either way, since he probably bave fast reflexes."
Yurika keeps repeating those sentences in her head unable to decide.
"Hard to choose..? Well you better choose soon, because I am an impatient man.." Turo says and resumes his sentences.
"I will give you a chance.. Ms. Saisho.. I will give you 6 days to decide, and if you still can't decide... say bye, bye to your life and say Hello to Prison Life.." Turo laughs and slowly stands up and leaves the room.
After Principal Turo left the office, Yurika lays down the floor completely exhausted and breathing heavily.
"I can't believe it... I have to.. I have to get that necklace back!"
AFTERNOON
Midori was writing on her notebook, she then looks from her right where Yurika sat she sees Yurika just looking at the front, Yurika's eyes are wide open.
"Are you okay, Yurika?" Midori says to Yurika in a worried tone as Midori looks at Yurika.
Yurika didn't reply as she continues to look in front of her without blinking, moving her eyes and not moving her body even once.
"What the hell is wrong with her?" Midori says to herself in a whisper like tone, she slowly stands up and walks towards Yurika's desk.
Midori reaches out for Yurika's shoulder until she can touch her, "Yurika....?"
