2 Months Later...

"Are you ready baby?!"

"Almost!" She shouted from our bathroom.
It'd been an hour since I asked her last, which she replied with...
"5 more minutes!"

We hadn't gone out in weeks because of the amount of work I'd been doing, so I decided to surprise her with dinner on the water front.

"Okay done, what do ya think?" She spun around as she smiled ear to ear...she wore a long silk, baby yellow dress with an open back, leaving her hair down in big lose curls...breathtaking, always breathtaking.

"Better than you'd ever know my love" I kissed her temple watching as she blushed from my words. I loved how much I affected her.

"Come on we're gonna be late" I raised my brows as she rolled her eyes sarcastically at my stern expression.

I held her hand in mine before locking the door behind us and climbing into the elevator...

"Sally or Seb?"

"Mmmm...Sally" she pointed toward the 1969 mustang she named Sally.

"Sally it is"

She placed her hand on my thigh while we drove through the busy streets of New York. That was something she always did when we drove anywhere.
And I loved it.

"So where are you taking me"

"It's a surprise"
She rolled her eyes in a play full manner as I opened the car door for her.

She used her left leg to get out first followed by her right leg. She was almost a pro with her prosthetic, she could walk, jog and run.
She had her days, sometimes she felt like the world was conspiring against her, and some days I still blamed myself for it, but she loved who she was with her new leg, and I loved her beyond what words could describe with her strength and beauty that came with her new leg. She was the epitome of pure perfection.

"Okay close your eyes" I smiled, putting my hands in front of her eyes while I stood behind her.

She giggled and held onto my hands as she walked forward until I told her to stop.

"Okay open your eyes"

She gasped "Grey...this is, this is beautiful, you did all this for me?" She held my hands, intertwining her fingers with my own.

I nodded yes trying my best to contain my amused smiles she managed to pull out of me on the daily basis.

"I love you"

"I love you more snowflake"

She pecked my lips, still managing to send shivers down my spine every single time.

I lead her toward the two seats on the edge of the dock where candles lined the table.
I had booked out the whole restaurant so we could have it to ourselves...it was completely empty, silent, no one but us.

"Where are the people I wonder" she questioned.

"Why're your laughing?" She giggled as I tried to hide my smirk.

"Must be quiet" I smiled.

"Must be" she agreed before becoming distracted by the menu...

....I watched as she stared out onto the water, watching as the stars above sparkled along the horizon. Her eyes glistened from the moonlight and her lips blushed with her favourite gloss.
I couldn't help but wrap my arms around her waist as I rested my head on her shoulder, kissing her neck gently causing her to giggle from the tickling feeling of my stubble.
