All day I'd sat here trying to wrap my head around what to say, what to do, how to feel.

No matter where I got to I just couldn't find the strength in me to know if I'd ever be able to let those 3 words become reality.

Hearing her say those words last night frustrated me now more than anything, not because she said it but because I couldn't even find the words in any language to describe how it made me feel, how it made me remember the day I first met her, and how ever since then I started to forget what life would feel like without her, how she'd be the only person to have tangled herself inside my soul beyond the point of return, how because of her I knew heaven existed without having to need hell to be there too, how I began to worship every god for placing me on the same land as her, when in a world full of thousands of galaxies, oceans and seas, moons, and dunes, beneath the stars that existed in the never ending loop of infinity, I was there, with her, on the same land. That isn't coincidence, it's fate, a fate only written in the stars we so desperately long to see.

There were so many ways to say those 3 words, but for some reason every other way was much easier than possibly the easiest way imaginable.

I rubbed my eyes from the sleep that began to cloud over me from the long day I'd experienced.

May had gone shopping with Marie and Amber as well as Brent of course, while I had meetings most the day with potential investors.

I shut the lights off to my office room and locked the door before taking off my blazer and getting straight into the elevator.

Once I reached the top floor the elevator chimed to which I stepped out and let out a huge yawn feeling absolutely exhausted from the day.

I swiped my fingerprint along the key pad as I pressed it down...I furrowed my brows and watched in confusion as the door pushed open without my finger print, it was already open.

For a second I thought maybe May had gotten home and forgotten to close the door but when I walked inside, all the lights were still off and the apartment remained silent as ever...

I flicked the lights on as I looked around trying to find any signs of intrusion... and although I couldn't see anything suspicious I still couldn't shake an uneasy feeling from crawling up my spine.

I threw my jacket over the couch before letting my hand slide down the side of the sofa...where the fuck was it?

"Looking for this" I whipped my head around faster then ever before as a man in all black stood in front of me with two guns in each hand...one of them mine.

"Adrian?" What the fuck was he doing?

"What the fuck are you doing in my house?"

"Isn't it obvious..."

"It's you"

"Close but not quite, technically it's not me, it's my boss, but we'll just say I'm the one who gets all the information" he leaned against the counter as he folded his arms comfortably.

"You fucking piece of shit...you've been taking the money from the company, your the one who's been calling, targeting May belle"
