Wolf's Kissed

Part 50.

Fenrir's Pov. 

Hearing the door open and close of the bathing room I soon see Lagertha walk over while I sit in the warm bath. "And how did it go?" I ask her since she wanted to talk to the people here and I just wanted to have the blood of the usurper off my body. 

"They threatened most into following him." She says as she start taking her clothes off making a low growl leave my lips as my eyes wander over her body. "Well of course he would have to, you are a very lovable person." I say as she lets the dress fall down on the floor before taking her shoes off while my eyes now move over her naked form. 

"My eyes are up here Fenrir." She says as she slowly walks over before putting her finger under my chin and forcing my head up. "I know, now get in." I say with a small smile as I hold my hand out for her, as she takes it she climbs into it before taking a seat against me as==nd i wrap my arms around her. 

"The wolf showed his teeth today." She says as she takes one of my hands and starts to play with my fingers as I lean back against the tub. "Yeah because he deserved it, you trusted him and he broke that. He did not deserve a quick death, he needed to suffer for his betrayal." I say as I close my eyes and enjoy the warm water before I feel her lean her back against my chest as she lays back against me. 

"You defended my honor and took back our lands." She says making me lean my head forward before placing a kiss on her cheek. "Of course it is my job to protect you and our sons. Kalf clearly did not think this through." I say before the door flies open as Herleif and Erik run in. 

"Did you see mother how he did it!" Herleif yells as he runs over to the tub while I hold back my chuckle. "Yes Herleif we all saw how your father did it." She speaks with a smile and shake of her head. 

"He took him by his hair! And then threw him to the wolves!" He says with excitement before a loud splash is being heard as Erik has climbed into the tub making me bite the inside of my cheek not to start laughing. 

"Erik!" Lagertha says with wide eyes as she pulls him closer while he starts to laugh at her. "I want to join too!" Herleif yells before he climbs into the tub that's getting smaller and smaller with every passing moment. "And you both had to do it with your clothes on?" Lagertha says with a raised brow as she starts to take Erik's drenched clothes off. 

"No." Erik says with a big smile before he splashes water all over us. "See what I have to put up with?" Lagertha says as our two sons are starting to play fight in the water making me shrug my shoulders as I lean my head on her chin. 

"Yes but I love you and our little wolves." I say as one of my hands lays on her stomach. Feeling her lean back into my touch she places a kiss on my cheek before speaking. "And I love you, and our sons." 

The Next Day. 

Walking into the great hall I see my sons beating up their older brother while Floki and Rollo are laughing at the sight, and I can not blame them. 

"Thank you all for coming, but I think you should soon head back before Ragnar loses his mind." I say as I take a seat opposite them. "Ragnar has changed Fenrir we all know it, how he now talks with these Christian people, letting us fight their wars. The god's are angry at us." Floki says making me nod before taking a sip from my cup. 

"He is king is he not, King Ragnar Lothbrok if he forces his people to fight for a Christian god that says more about him than about us." I simply say with a shrug. "It is that priest who is whispering in his ear." Floki says with a shake of his head. "Athelstan is I do not know, Ragnar thrusts him but he will always love his false god.  Now you should all start heading back, I believe you have ships to build Floki, and Bjorn Porunn must be waiting for you." I say as I get up again before placing my hand on Rollo's shoulder.
