Third PERSON POV

Aashvi pouted as she whined, "Papa, why did you cut the phone?"

Yashi, trying to control her laughter, added, "Haan, batao papa."

Ruhi was already laughing, clutching her stomach, while Adarsh glared at the girls, who were barely managing to hold back their laughter.

"Princess, Ansh had to go to school na... You can talk to him after he comes back," Adarsh explained, hoping to calm Aashvi down.

She pouted but nodded, making Adarsh sigh in relief. "Okay... but promise you won't cut the phone next time," she demanded.

Adarsh smiled, kissing her nose. "I promise, my monkey. Now, why don’t you go with Ruhi and have your breakfast till then?"

Aashvi nodded eagerly. "Chalo, Ruhi didi!" she said, dragging Ruhi out of the room.

Just as Yashi was about to leave as well, Adarsh grabbed her wrist and pulled her back, making her collide with his hard chest as he back-hugged her.

"Where the hell do you think you’re going?" he whispered coldly into her ear.

Yashi stammered, "V-voi I-I..." but her words were cut off as Adarsh pressed a kiss to her earlobe, making her shiver and blush.

Suddenly, Aashvi’s loud voice echoed through the room. "Papa! Papa!"

The moment Adarsh heard her, he released Yashi’s hand harshly, making her pout at the sudden loss of warmth.

"Yes, Aashvi?" he called out.

Aashvi came running into the room, looking up at her father innocently. "Bhai kab aayega?"

Adarsh muttered under his breath, "Order karne toh do pehle," before responding, "He will come on Rakshabandhan, princess."

"Okay, Papa!" Aashvi grinned, hugging his leg tightly. "I love you."

Adarsh smiled, patting her head. "Love you too, my monkey. Now go out and play so that Mumma and Papa can make a baby for you," he said absentmindedly.

Yashi’s eyes widened at his words. "Adarsh Oberoi!" she shouted in irritation.

Aashvi’s excitement grew. "Wow! Aap dono baby banane ja rahe ho? Can I also see, please? Please na, Papa?" she asked cutely.

Yashi shot a death glare at Adarsh, making him gulp nervously. "No, baby! I was just joking. Come on, I’ll go out with you... chalo," he said hastily, scooping her up and rushing out.

Yashi giggled at his panicked state before following them outside. As soon as she stepped into the living room, she noticed Adarsh standing with Ananya, Sara, and Vasundhra, along with an unknown man and woman.

Curious, she approached them. The man, noticing her presence, turned to Vasundhra. "Inko toh pehle kabhi dekha nahi, Vasundhra ji... yeh kaun hai?"

Vasundhra, already fuming with anger, opened her mouth to respond, but before she could say anything, Yashi stepped forward with a confident smile.

"Hello, myself Yashi Adarsh Singh Oberoi, wife of Adarsh Oberoi," she introduced herself smoothly.

Sara, Ananya, and Vasundhra looked completely shocked and enraged, while Ananya seemed on the verge of tears. Adarsh, on the other hand, merely smirked at Yashi’s boldness.

The woman, clearly furious, turned to Vasundhra. "Par Vasundhra ji ne toh bola tha ki tum dono ka divorce ho gaya hai, aur ab unhone hamari beti Ananya ka haath Adarsh ke liye maanga hai!"
