Chapter 13 - Attacked by soul eaters

After school i take my back bag and happily leave the classroom, freedom in my soul. "Vaelra, wait up!" Ella yells behind me and runs to me. Goddamn it, i walked too fast again. "Yeah?" i ask as Ella starts walking besides me. "Do you want to have a sleepover at my place?" she asks. "Of course", i say happily with a bright smile, girls night. "Good, come 10 pm!" she says and begins to run the stairs down. "I'm in a hurry to my hobbies!" she says and leaves. I stop, Ella does not have any hobbies..? Whatever.

I open my eyes. I lay on a mattress in Ella's room, on the floor. I scream, some type of grey creature has bend over me. It hisses at me in the same way as Kevin a while ago but i can see it's eyes. Lucifer's voice goes into my head: "they have grey, emotionless and dead eyes."

Well this one has them for sure. It has sharp teeth and it tries to grap me. I push it away, i cannot see Ella anywhere but i don't have enough time to think about it, there is even more soul eaters in the room. I escape to the rooms corner at the same time as those horrifying creatures creep closer and closer to me. I don't know what to do. I can feel cold hands on my neck, one of the soul eaters pushes me hard against the wall behind my back. I can't escape anywhere! I'm stuck! "Drew!" i scream, if one of those creatures get to bite me, i'm dead. "Drew!" i scream even louder, one of the soul eaters punch me with it's sharp nails. Is this it? Is this how i die?

I scream as a soul eater hisses at me, i back up, all against the wall still crying Drew's name. I hear a loud bang, i look to the side, the floor is CRASHED on the floor. 

A white light fills the room and i move my arms to protect my eyes from the blinding light. The soul eaters fall on the floor, in pain. I can feel how someone locks me to the corner with their arms, i scream again with tears thinking it's another soul eater. 

I open my eyes a bit in horror and i can see Drew's worried face. I hug him as tight as possible while crying out his name one last time. "Shh, don't be scared..", he whispers and cradles me protectively with his arms. "Is she okay!?" i hear someone's worried voice. "We need to get out of here!" someone says in shock. "Hold onto me", Drew whispers and takes my hands. I press my face against his chest. The world starts to spin in my eyes and i close them. The white light is back and the soul eaters voices get muffled.. Until they are gone.
