        My heart drops to my stomach when Titi tells me that kunle and Selena are dating,I felt so......wronged.If they were in a relationship,why then did he kiss me and confess his feelings to me,it was strange.
    I heard the news earlier on but I thought it was just a rumour because I really trusted kunle,not until I confirmed it from Titi.
    "I viewed her status this morning and she posted something about it "Titi says
    Apparently,they have been dating for a long time,I was a fool to believe that kunle had a thing for me, maybe he just wanted someone at his level and Selena was the perfect match.....I was just a village girl with big dreams that I couldn't reach.
    Tears stings my eyes as I remember everything he told me and how good it felt to know that the one you love also felt something for you too.I dab the tear immediately and went back to my seat.
  "Hey"I look up to see Lola
   "Um.... what's up"she says when I didn't give her a reply
    "Why are you even talking to me?"I say anger clear in my voice,I was angry that she had the mind to talk to me after everything she had done ,and also that kunle and Selena were dating.
   "Oma,look......I'm sorry pls forgive me.....you see Selena is my long time friend and it would be wrong if I had told her to seat in another place,we were always sitmate"
    I waited for her to say everything she had to say,then I let out an outrageous laugh, half of the class looked at me strangely,well,I don't care I never really fitted in anyways.
    Hearing the name Selena made my blood boil,I have totally forgotten about the seat incident three weeks ago,I didn't really care about where I sat in the classroom,it was just that Selena girl
    I get up immediately and look Lola in her eyes"I don't care where I seat in the classroom,I don't care if that bastard sits with you or not.......
     "Bastard????!!!!!"I hear a voice,I direct my gaze forward and see Selena holding hands with kunle while leaning on the door.
   "Did you just call me a bastard?"she asks in a calm tone.
    "Selena....you know I don't really have your.....
      "Shut up,you called me a bastard"
     "So.....what would you do about it?"I say folding my arms
    "Chukwurah Chioma queen, you messed with the wrong person"she says and storms out,the whole class suddenly went still,it was sending shivers down my spine.I look up at kunle who just shakes his head and leaves.

     I held the suspension letter given to me by the principal in my hands,I fought the urge to cry as my legs lazily walk to my room,I had just been shouted at by my aunt and my Mother.I was not the type to insult,I guess it was because I was so angry I couldn't even control my words,that was it.....I let it all out,my tears...fell down my cheeks,one after the other with a constant sniffing of my nose.
    It wasn't even about the suspension,it was about kunle and Selena's relationship,why did she have to come and spoil everything.............
