Sitting on the steps of the shrine, Magnolia was looking through a list of names that were recommended to joining the gang. Her eyes scanning down the paper as the others waited quietly.

"These two twins." Magnolia pointed to the names of 'Smiley' and 'Angry'. Which is what they preferred to be called.

"I think they would be a good asset, sure they're personalities are bipolar as shit, but they're hearts are in the right place." Pah commented with a gruff laugh.

Baji and Kazutora bumped their heads together to think, "But wouldn't it be a bit dangerous to have such unpredictable behavior in the ranks?" Kazutora commented.

Manjiro smiled, "I think it's fine for them to join."

"I have no issues with them as long as they don't stir trouble." Draken shrugged.

"Magnolia. What do you think?" Mitsuya had heard a few rumors about the said brothers, one an absolute maniac with a smile painted on his face as he pummels someone. The other with an Oni-like scowl on his lips as he defends his older brother.

Magnolia tapped a pen on the two names, "We'll give 'em a go. Most of the people in the group have given they're opinions. I don't see any reason as to not meet them personally and see for myself."

Mitsuya gave a nod in understanding. It was the decision of the First Lady, so it couldn't be helped.

"Now we must grow our gang and power..." Magnolia hummed, crossing out names and circling a few that caught her eye, "We need different divisions that can cover different scenarios."

"Like a spy division!?" Pah raised a brow, "Or interrogation division?"

Kazutora perked up at that, "That sounds interesting. But wouldn't that division have to be secretive as well?"

Magnolia nodded at that, "We need the right people for such tasks..." Her eyes trailed to a certain name that was circled.

Haruchiyo Sanzu.

Mucho.

Magnolia narrowed her eyes at the names, "We'll need to put down some ground rules when we appoint such members..."

Usagi tilted her head, sitting on the stairs beside the blunette, "Why? Afraid something might happen?"

"If we have such a division, they might use they're power for their own purposes or sake.. I need them leashed to a certain point." Magnolia pointed out with a tapping of her ball point pen.

"True... If they're on their own and can punish anyone without the leader or First Lady knowing.. They could either be manipulated by a third party or take things into they're own hands." Mitsuya nodded with furrowed brows.

"We don't need a civil war breaking out in the gang." Baji groaned out tiredly.

Kazutora leaned on the black haired boy's shoulder, "Need us to show them an example of what to do and not?" He grinned, already cracking his knuckles.
