October 29th, Zander's birthday.

Luke and Zander had invited the rest of the Music Club to spend the night at their apartment. It was currently almost 5P.M. (17:00) and the couple had just finished setting up the kitchen and living room. They both glanced around the connected rooms, admiring their efforts.

"I think that we did well," Zander said, looking up at his boyfriend. Luke peered back at him, nodding in agreement. "I think so too." Zander began to wrap his arms around Luke, to which he did in return. That is, until the auburn-haired male suddenly realized something. "Wait.. I still need to give you your present," he announced. Zander watched as Luke walked into their bedroom, grabbing the supposed gift.

Moments later, Luke returned with a decent sized box. It was wrapped in lavender paper, with a dark purple ribbon on top. He handed it to Zander, who began to unwrap it carefully. "Did you wrap this?" Zander asked. "No I thought i'd ruin it so I got Hailey to do it," Luke replied, letting out a laugh.

Once he managed to remove the packaging, there revealed a dark gray hoodie, and some sort of large purple book. "I sprayed some of my perfume on the hoodie by the way," Luke stated. Zander smiled, then proceeded to open the supposed book. Inside was a photo album, to which half of the pages already had pictures of the couple from when they were younger up until now. Zander gasped under his breath, returning his gaze to his boyfriend. "Luke.. oh my god I love it!" he exclaimed, jumping into his lover's arms. "Thank you so much."

The auburn-haired pecked Zander on the lips and smiled brightly. "Of course."

There was an abrupt knock on the door, distracting the couple from their moment together. Luke pulled away, walking towards the entrance and opening the door, to which revealed Milly and Sean. They both were greeted, and the group talked amongst themselves.

Twenty minutes following, there was another knock on the door, whom was Jake and Hailey. The two walked in with embarrassed expressions. "Don't blame me, he made us last here," Hailey said, walking beside Jake.

Zander rolled his eyes, then proceeded towards the living room.

As the night went on, the group of friends continued to spend time with one another. They all gathered in the living room with mattresses and had a movie night together.

Their discussions continued on and off, as they spoke of the most random topics from High School, Middle School, and recently.

It was now around a few minutes past midnight, and the film that the club had watched was over. Everyone was asleep. That is, except for Luke and Zander. The couple had their own separate mattress and were both snuggled close. The cold fall night affected the atmosphere, as they were wrapped in a large blanket.

Zander laid his head on Luke's chest, as the taller male played with his hair. They were both progressively getting more fatigued, and were soon to fall asleep.

Zander looked up at his boyfriend, a slight smirk appearing on his lips. "Hey, thanks for everything today," he whispered tiredly. The auburn haired male quickly pecked the latter on the forehead, returning that same smile.
"Of course."

The pair laid in silence, their eyes shut yet they were still conscious. Until Zander spoke up once again;
"Hey Luke?"

Luke kept his eyes shut, kissing the shorter male's forehead once again to let him know he was listening.
"I love you," Zander whispered, snuggling closer to his lover. Luke laughed slightly under his breath, resting his head atop of Zander's. "I love you too, baby."

"happy birthday."
