33rd Chapter: Messages Left

The video starts in a light static, Erica being seated in the chair in front of the camera, her sitting a little hunched backed with her forearms being rested on her knees, her hands clasped together.

"This is Erica Sinclair, and this is my confession, of being the Cybersecurity Hacker called X-Eye." She starts.

"The video of Erica Sinclair's confession of being the Global Cybersecurity Hacker known as X-Eye has been released by the authorities per her lawyers approval. Everyone is at a shock from the confession, here is the video as it reads." The news reporter says.

"Me and my brother parents known as Sue and Charles Sinclair were abusive towards us, it is no lie about that. So much anger stirred inside of me from the abuse. They mostly got on Lucas more since he was the oldest and he was more expected to take care of the family. Because of all of that anger I took it out on making these videos, and the fear that it stirred made me feel good, made me feel powerful."

Nancy Jonathan Jane and Mike all stand in the living room together in the house, all of them staring at the TV with shocked expressions.

"My brother never knew of what I was doing until recently in the Bunker Escape room. We actually found out that my were responsible for the operations around."

Holly looks at her phone with teary eyes while she watches the video, her grabbing her pillow and burying her face in it while crying.

"My parents were greedy, we all know that because they stole countless amounts of businesses around the world basically. They pressured us into doing their dirty work. And when they found out I was indeed X-Eye they got angry, and since they wanted revenge for us exposing them they created this escape Room, put me and Lucas in as well as the others. They wanted us to know because of us putting them away...this was the repercussions of our actions."

Hillard Cassidy Romano and Steve all sit at a booth, them all looking at the video on the computer.

"They wanted to kill me off and my brother because of what we did, but they also wanted to kill off Max because they considered her a coward. All of these Eat the Rich killings they started, and this Bunker Escape room all happened because of me."

Robin and Vicki stare at the TV screen along with their parents, them all glancing at each other.

"I have proof of facial and movement recognition of evidence, as well as the videos all tracing back to my actual IP address of my computer. When I got hurt in the Escape Room Lucas took it upon himself to place the blame on himself. It's easy to switch up IP addresses when finding the control room. He did it all for me. He travelled around the world to find the different operations and put them to an end, placing the X-Eye signature to try and earn mercy from the people, mercy for me."

Suzie and Dustin both stare at the TV, both of them glancing at each other.

"All of my life he has been protecting me. Protecting me from our parents, and from the everyday dealings we had to deal with when we are young. I couldn't have him go down for something he didn't do. He is a good man, all he wants to do is protect, that is why he wants to become a PI, protecting is in his DNA. But....at the same time I can't have him go down for this, for something that isn't his fault."

Will and Joyce stare at the TV in the living room, Will putting a hand over his mouth.

"He is going to try and lie and say that it is him, as I said that is what he does, he protects. He has been doing it for me all of his life but I can't have him go down for something he didn't do. I just want for my brother to be able to walk the streets without looking over his shoulder, I want him to have happiness, because all of his life he has never had any. He has done his absolute best to protect my innocence, but it has left me, but I won't have him get punished for this."
