59th Chapter: What's next for us?

Bongos plays loudly in the backyard pool area on the TV, everyone either standing or sitting around as they watch Cassidy and Jane both dance along to the song as they look at the TV, all of them cheering as they watch them, everyone laughing at Romano when he throws money at them.

After the party Nancy gave the idea for all of them to meet at the Hideout House for Barbecue since the food at the party was not that good, to which everyone agreed that way they can also have some extra time together.

"So how do you normally do it?" Steve questions, him and Jonathan being at the grill.

"So I smoke the chicken, it's always better when you smoke it." Jonathan responds. "And with the ribs continue to rub the barbecue sauce on them, the hot dogs don't take long nor the burgers."

"Got it." Steve nods his head.

"Hey man to man." Jonathan starts. "I know I apologized before but I do apologize on how things went down when it came to Nancy. Plus everything you have been through with your parents."

"I appreciate that." Steve smiles at him. "But things are good now, of course bad days are still going to be there but not as much. I have good friends, a amazing but rather crazy girlfriend...." Steve looks over at Cassidy who begins to dance in front of Nancy, Nancy laughing as she holds dollar bills in her hand. "Yeah she's definitely crazy." Steve nods making Jonathan laugh. "But life is good, it really is."

"I'm glad." Jonathan nods.

"Hey maybe we should do a double date." Steve says. "You Nancy and me and Cass."

"As long as you're buying." Jonathan shrugs.

Steve laughs, them continuing to cook together.

Will makes different drinks, all of them being a specific color in long flute cups, him adding straws and little umbrella's.

"You have mastered the perfect Hawaiian drinks." Romano smiles as he goes to stand next to him.

Will smiles at him, going to hand Romano the blue drink. "Blue raspberry."

Romano takes the drink, him going to sip some of it through the straw, going to nod his head in approval with a smile. "That's perfect."

Will smiles more, him getting done making the other drinks and going to put them on the tray. "So...since I am out of school...are you going to let me come to Hawaii with you?"

"I want you to come everywhere with me." Romano says, him going to lean on the counter. "Max is opening more Redness and Black's around the country, travel with me to all of them, I can even teach you a few moves. We can look at different places while going to the grand openings of all of them."

Will smiles more at him. "That sounds amazing Romano, like absolutely amazing."

"Good." Romano replies with a smile, him holding out his glass towards Will.

Will picks up a glass, them clanking their glasses together before they begin to drink.

Erica rocks Amaya while she sleeps, Lucas being in the room watching the action with a smile, him being seated on the couch in the room, the room holding three cradles in it.

Max and Nancy make it to the doorway of the room. "Thanks for letting Amaya sleep in here while we hangout."

"Yeah it's no problem." Nancy replies. "Apparently this is where my mom nursed us to sleep so it works out."

Max smiles, her looking back at Erica and Lucas. "Do you believe everything happens for a reason?" She looks over at Nancy.

Nancy shrugs a little bit. "I didn't use to at first, but now I do." Nancy admits. "If I didn't loose Jonathan to jail I probably wouldn't have realized what I did was wrong, and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I feel like.....yeah the Bunker Escape Room was fucked up but in the end...it made us stronger, made me have a different viewpoint on life and what I have."
