Chapter 12- What To do

"Im calling Im calling!!!" Alex screamed. I was panicking. I was looking around to see if some guy was going to come out of the closet. "ALEX COME HERE!" I was terrified of losing him, so I refused to let go until the police came. The took us to the station. Of course, they said we'd be safe in my flat, but neither of us believed them. Before we left, we asked about Emily and Nick. They said they'd look for them. I was terrified. Matt, Nick, Emily, and Mia could all be in Edinburgh by now. They really could be anywhere! When Alex and I got back to my flat, we agreed to go and find them. We went to Alex's flat. I realised I had never actually been in it! Huh! He went. To his bathroom and opened a locked drawer. He pulled out a small gun. "Don't freak out, I have it in case of emergencies like this." He said as we walked out the door. I really wasn't phased at all, i'd grown up around illegal guns. We made our way to the cafe where I first noticed Will, and met Jamie. He was the only member if the band that hadn't been kidnapped by now. We decided to divide and conquer, Jamie on his own, and Alex and I together. We searched through London all night. All the places they could be. We went to the hotel they had been staying in, but they weren't there. We called the school they went to, but they hadn't returned there either. We all knew there was inly one place they could be. My family's estate in Edinburgh.
Two days later, after we had gone to the police, we decided to go to Edinburgh ourselves. The police wouldn't help because we had no evidence they were back in Scotland, and we had no other choice. I knew what they were doing. They wanted me back in Scotland. They wanted to force me to marry Will. The only reason I would fight the bad memories of home was because I didn't want to be burdened by them. I wanted to live my life freely with Alex. I wanted to break away from the billions of pounds and go from the ritz to the rubble. I wanted my own life.
