Haneul spent the morning trying organize the gifts and letters from their wedding that had just passed. The small ceremony only consisted of the two families closest friends and then some. The two suggested the small wedding to their respective parents in attempt to disguise their marriage in front of the press convincing them that a small wedding would seem more genuine. In reality it was because neither of them wanted to have the big celebration. Since the wedding nothing has changed, Sunghoon still acts coldly towards her and acts as if she doesn't exist. He ignores her when they run into each other in the home they don't eat meals together and so she has just resorted to staying in her room most of the day when she's not busy with school. 

The remainder of the morning was quiet peaceful for Haneul. She finished unpacking her things and was now sitting on the couch in the living room. As Haneul stood to grab herself a cup of water, her phone rang, and she quickly answered recognizing her father's number. 

"Hello, Dad," she greeted with a mixture of anxiety and reverence.

Her father's voice was firm and determined. "Haneul, I need to discuss something with you. The annual partnership banquet between KIM Enterprise, Park Corporation, and SkyLineAir is in two days, I trust that you're prepared to attend?" He questioned.

"Yes, Mrs.Choi tailored my dress and everything should be ready to go." She confirmed confidently.

"It's a crucial event for all three companies sweetheart," he continued "and this years hot topic is yours and Sunghoon's marriage. So, I expect both of you to attend as a happily married couple." He stated.

"I-Im not sure if-" she was cute off.

"Haneul it is crucial that you guys attend together for both sides of the companies. " He insisted.

"yes dad, we'll be there," Haneul promised with a sigh. She knew that this banquet was a significant event for him, one that they attended every year. The success of the companies' collaboration hinged on this gathering, and Haneul couldn't bear to disappoint her father.

With resolve, she made her way to the Park Corporation's headquarters, where she was met by the prying gaze of the secretary. Haneul hesitated, but under the weight of the situation, she finally conceded. "I'm Mr. Park's wife," she admitted, her voice tinged with nervousness.

The secretary, convinced by her claim, guided her through the stunning interior of the building, every surface gleaming with opulence. Haneul couldn't help but look around in awe.

At Sunghoon's office door, she knocked lightly, and his voice called for her to enter. Shyly, she stepped inside, and her gaze met Sunghoon's icy, unyielding stare. "What are you doing here?" he questioned, his annoyance thinly veiled.

Haneul chuckled awkwardly as she approached his desk. "Umm, I just came to see you at work," she stammered, her voice wavering. "I also need to talk to you about the upcoming banquet between our companies and SkyLineAir. My dad wants us to attend as a married coupl—"

Before she could finish her sentence, Sunghoon cut her off without so much as a glance. "I've never gone to it, and I don't plan on starting now," he retorted, his focus fixed firmly on the computer screen before him.

"But everyone there is aware of our engagement and now marriage. We need to go together. It's important for both companies, Sungho—" Haneul was abruptly silenced as the office door swung open, revealing an unexpected visitor.

"Sunghoon I br-" a tall blonde stood there also shocked to see that she had just barged in and interrupted their conversation.

"oh, I am so sorry. Did I interrupt? I thought you said you were alone." She glared at Sunghoon. "Never mind that, I should have knocked I'm so sorry." She bowed very apologetically to Haneul.

"So-he no need, Ms. Kim stopped by unannounced. She is just now leaving." Sunghoon declared as he got up slightly motioning for Haneul to get out.

"Uhm, yes I was just leaving Ms...umm" Haneul said waiting for So-he to properly introduce herself.

"Yang, Yang So-he. I am Mr.Park's girlfriend. " She bowed with a smile. 'girlfriend?'

"I am Kim Haneul. It's nice to meet you." Haneul said a little dumbfounded. "well, I'll be going now umm Ms.Yang, Mr.Park." She said as she closed the door to the office and let out a breath she didn't realize she had been holding in.

"no wonder he hates me he already had a girlfriend and now he's forced to be my husband." She huffed as she made her way out of the building and back to the penthouse.

Meanwhile back in the office Sunghoon locked the door of his office.

"Why did you tell her you were my girlfriend? I already explained to you that that's not the case here." He said as he took the package from her hands and tossing it on his desk.

"It might as well be. I mean we share meals together, we go out on dates, we kiss," She whispered planting a kiss on the corner of his mouth "and you've even taken me right here, on your desk." She said patting the surface of his desk.

"Plus, I know who she is. Who wouldn't, your guy's stupid marriage is plastered on the cover of every magazine and newspaper. I just need to make sure she knows that you're mine." She said pulling him closer to her and planting a wet kiss on his lips.

"I'm not anyone's So-he." He whispered against her neck before attack it with wet kisses causing her to throw her head back in pleasure.

picking her up and sitting her on the edge of his desk he ran his hands up her thighs and under her skirt. "But i can make you mine again right here if you promise to be a good girl and keep your voice down." He said sliding off her underwear and unzipping his pants.

As he thrusted in and out of So-he his mind couldn't help but wonder to Haneul. He remembered the silky feel of her skin the night they met and he wondered if anyone has ever taken her the way he was taking So-he right now. Trying to shake the thoughts of Haneul he closed his eyes shut but was only met with the image of Haneul's bare back the night in the garden. He pictured her perfect curves and silky long dark hair falling down her back.

Seeing that Sunghoon seemed a little distracted she pulled him in for a kiss to get his mind off whatever he was thinking. They continued with soft moans  filling his office and neck kisses bruising their skin until they both finished.
