As the day of their 6-month anniversary arrived, Sunghoon and Haneul found themselves getting ready for the special date Sunghoon had planned. The excitement lingered in the air as they prepared for an evening filled with surprises and shared moments.

Haneul descended the stairs, her anticipation evident in the way her eyes sparkled. Sunghoon, already waiting at the bottom, couldn't help but smile at the sight of her. Taking her hand, he reciprocated her excitement.

"Okay, I'm ready. Can you tell me where we're going now?" she asked eagerly, looking up at him with anticipation.

"We're going to dinner," Sunghoon replied, leaning down to give her a light peck. "You look beautiful, by the way," he added, admiring her in a casual white flowy dress that fell gracefully above her knee. Her dark hair was styled in loose curls, framing her face perfectly, and her light makeup accentuated her features.

"Thanks, bebe," she said, returning the compliment with a quick peck on his cheek. "You look really good too."

With a shared exchange of affection, Haneul began walking towards the door, pulling Sunghoon along. "Now, let's go. I want to see where you're taking me!" she exclaimed, excitement bubbling in her voice.

"Wait," Sunghoon said pulling her back a little. "I know you're gonna get cold so I bought you this to wear." He said as he handed her a baby blue cropped button up sweater. Taking it from his hands she put it on her hands running over the fabric.

"It's so soft, thank you." She said taking his hand once again.

Time Skip:

Sunghoon and Haneul arrived at the secret dinner location that Sunghoon had meticulously planned. As they walked down the dock, Haneul couldn't hide her surprised expression when they reached a luxurious yacht.

"We're having d-dinner on a boat?" she stammered, her words expressing both shock and delight.

"Yes, why? You don't like it?" Sunghoon asked, his voice tinged with worry as he stopped walking to face her.

"N-no! I'm just a little shocked. I didn't know you had a yacht; I've never been on one, believe it or not," she confessed, tugging at his arm as if to urge them onto the boat.

As they stepped inside, Haneul's eyes widened at the sight of the romantic dinner setup. She couldn't resist teasing him, saying, "I never took you for the romantic type, Park," as she tightened her hand around his arm.

"Only for you," Sunghoon replied with a smile as he assisted her into her seat. "We can watch the sunset from the bottom deck once we're done," he added, sharing more details of the surprise. Haneul's heart melted at the thoughtfulness behind the surprise, and she couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with joy. The evening promised to be more magical than she had ever imagined.

After their dinner Sunghoon and Haneul ventured to the bottom deck of the yacht to enjoy the breathtaking sunset as they had sailed a few miles away from the dock. They settled onto a large, round couch that was big enough to be a bed, cuddling under a soft blanket to shield themselves from the growing chill in the air.

As they relished the serene atmosphere, Haneul couldn't resist snuggling up to Sunghoon. "It's so peaceful and pretty," she remarked, her eyes fixed on the remaining beams of sunlight disappearing into the night sky. The cool breeze gently caressed her face, making her cheeks and nose blush a soft pink.

"It's not over yet," Sunghoon whispered, squeezing her hand gently.

confused, Haneul continued to gaze into the distance, where only the full moon illuminated the night sky. Suddenly, she spotted a series of glowing objects in the sky. "What is that?" she asked, standing up to get a closer look. Spotting more and more of these soft glowing lights rising into the night, she turned to Sunghoon, her eyes wide with surprise.

"Wait... are those lanterns?" she asked, her excitement growing.

Sunghoon chuckled, confirming her guess. "You told me a while ago that this was on your bucket list and you wanted to see them, right?" he reminded her.

She beamed with gratitude, climbing back onto his lap as he pulled the blanket over them. "This day has been so amazing, thank you, bebe," she whispered, sealing her words with a tender kiss.

But Sunghoon had one more surprise in store. "I have something for you" Opening a small box, he revealed a diamond necklace with a simple heart stone in the middle. Haneul was left speechless, the simple and dainty piece perfectly matching her style. "Can I put it on you?" he asked, searching for her answer in her eyes.

She nodded, turning around as he delicately placed the necklace around her neck. Once done, he smiled, watching her admire the beautiful gift. A sense of guilt lingered in Sunghoon's mind, knowing that he was responsible for what was bound to happen in six months, more than anything he was angry at himself. He never thought that things would take such a turn and the thought of losing her was enough to make his chest feel heavy and his eyes brim with tears.

"Do you like it?" he asked, his voice tinged with uncertainty.

Looking up at him, Haneul expressed her appreciation with a slow and meaningful kiss before pulling away, nuzzling herself against his chest as he embraced her. "I love it, thank you," she said, unaware of the internal conflict Sunghoon faced. After a few seconds of holding her in his embrace as they watched the lanterns above them he pulled her up slightly so she was looking at him.

"what's wrong?" She asked as she studied his serious expression. He caressed her cheek lightly running his thumb over her cold rosy cheeks. He looked down at her glossy lips before he closed the distance between them. He pulled her closer by her waist as he deepened the kiss. It took Haneul a few seconds to finally react but she wrapped her arms around his neck as she followed the rhythm of their lips.

Slowly pulling away he rested his forehead against hers as they both tried to catch their breaths. "Haneul," He said causing her to look up at him. The knot in her stomach was driving her insane as they looked into each others eyes "I love you." He said.

Haneul felt as if her stomach was doing back flips. Without a second thought she crashed her lips back onto his wanting to feel him closer she pulled him in desperately wanting to convey her feelings through her kiss. "I love you too." She said pulling away slightly before crashing her lips back onto his.
