IT'S BEEN A FEW WEEKS SINCE THEIR DATE, AND VICTORIA WISHED SHE COULD FEEL HAPPIER.

She should, as her and Anthony were perfect. He's taken her on more dates, and even a few at home, where they continued to get to know each other as a couple. He continued to teach her more about his lifestyle, which she realized she was absolutely obsessed with.

They were perfect in every way but one.

Not being public.

The guilt was eating Victoria alive, especially now since Vincent was off and Anthony had to go into the office. He could sense something was up with his little sister, as she was easy to read. She always wore her emotions on her face, even as a child, and he could tell something was bothering her.

"Victoria," he began to speak. The seriousness of his tone sent alarm bells off in her head. However, she maintained her composure on the outside. "I just want you to know, you can tell me anything when you're ready, okay?"

"I know," she whispered. "I'm sorry for being distant."

"It's okay, I just wanted to remind you of that. How about we do something today?"

"I'd love that," she smiled. "What do you want to do?"

"So, your favorite book was made into a movie-"

"Along for the Ride?" Victoria jumped up from the coach excitedly.

"It was released on Netflix, I figured maybe-"

"I'll make the popcorn!" She interrupted again. Vincent just laughed as she got up and ran to the kitchen to make her favorite snack as he got the TV ready.

While in the kitchen, she let her mind go wild. All she wanted to do was blurt out that she was completely in love with Anthony.

In love.

She never actually said the words, and neither did he. How could she even began to tell him how much she loved him? Did he even love her back? It was obvious that he liked her, but love? That was completely different.

"Maybe I shouldn't tell Vincent yet," she muttered to herself as the microwave beeped. When she got back to the living room, the TV was ready along with her favorite blanket on her spot on the couch.

"Thank you," she smiled at him and quickly got comfy. He pressed play, equally as excited as her to watch this movie.

Vincent sat there and hoped that she would tell him what was bothering her soon, but like always, she would when she was ready.

Only two more chapters and the epilogue left. That's insaneeeee. I'm publishing a one-shot book of all the smutty scenes from here, plus some bonus ones when I feel like it.

And yes, my new cat did indeed take up my entire weekend. He's a four month old gray tabby, who gets along very well with all my other cats luckily. It took a few days, but Pickles is now very well adjusted and spoiled.

I have eight cats now. At what point do you become considered a crazy cat lady? I'm probably at the point
