"Can't believe you're about to get married", Finn almost yelled, with a grin plastered on his face.
"Shut up, Finn. Do you even like the Fransisco guy? Don't want things to turn out like Dominik and Camilla", Silas questioned, with curiosity.
I simply shrugged and sat down on the arm rest of a sofa.
"I can't make my judgements yet, though he did get me a nice ring" I smiled, in attempts to lighten the mood.
"How are you and Gloria, Silas?" I questioned, changing the subject.
Silas moved to sit down on an ottoman, with a cigar in hand and fishing for a lighter.
"All good. Everything's been the same. What about you, Finn? How are you and Valeria?" Silas asked, while eventually finding a lighter.
Finn took a seat on the sofa, arms behind his head and staring at the ceiling.
"We're fine! Finland is nice and so is Valeria" Finn stated, while smiling to himself.
For a few minutes, we were left in silence, listening to the chatter going on a few doors down in the Grand Hall.
"Do you reckon Cassius will be at the wedding?" I asked, quietly.
"What an ice breaker, little sister" Finn laughed.
"Fuck off, Finn", Silas groaned, while taking a smoke.
"If he was to, he'd have been forced. Bastard lost each and every single one of us yet, he couldn't give a fuck" Silas spat.
It made my heart drop a little bit, the idea that I did something to Cassius so awful for him to hate me, and I wasn't even sure of what I did. It would hurt, accepting the idea of the possibility of only 4/5 of my brothers would willing
willingly attend my wedding.
"I don't like him" Finn said, breaking the silence.
"Yesterday it was the kid in the hotel lobby, who is it you hate today, Finn boy?" Silas seemed amused.
"The Spanish. Fransisco Romero. Seems like he needs a bit of a beating to get his head straight. Don't trust the lot of em'." Finn explained, as he continued to stare at the ceiling.
"Agreed. I reckon if we can get the old man 6ft down, Fransisco will take over and we can easily throw him off.
5 v 1 and if you add Marina, you get 6" Silas said, as he lit out his cigarette on the ash tray.
It was as if I wasn't in the room, and it had struck me that my brother's didn't know about my "job" either.
"We ought to go back, can't get father pissed off" I announced, standing up.
"Woah, little lady! Language!" Finn laughed as he stood up.
At the same time, me and Silas muttered,
"Fuck off, Finn!"
