"You know you can always leave him... right ?"
He asks as he stares away from the baby and at me.

"Why do you say that ?"
I ask as I stare at him while every other person in the house laughs joyously like the happy family that they are.

The birth of Nkanyezi brought a beautiful mood to the atmosphere, a beautiful mood to our family but one person that has failed to be happy for me since his arrival is Kghosi.

Ever since we parted ways at the doctors office back in rustenburg, hes been off and cold towards Siya ever since he got here and he's been nothing but distant towards me as well. He only congratulated me and kept to his corner.

Normally Abuti and I would have plenty to talk about, he'd ask me a lot about this journey that I am currently in and I'd tell him all about it whole heartedly, he would act like my best friend, like I have known him ever since I became aware of what he and I have, the relationship we've built since we were young.

I've never needed friends because I knew I had one, I knew that he wasn't just my protector but he is my guider, my best friend and my brother, but it breaks my heart knowing that he's not happy for me and the first thing he says to me is if I know that I can leave Siya.

"He's not good for you Nana. And with Nkanyezi being here I know that you deserve better. I just don't want you to be just royal wife, the one that perseveres through all their bullshit..."

I look at Siya for a few moments as he laughs away with Ausi Tshego and I look down at Nkanyezi who's sound asleep in my arms.

"I just got back home, I am mentally exhausted. I just brought life into this planet I don't need this from you."

"You deserve better Kabo, i know this more than anybody else. You can always fall inlove again, you can always be with somebody who loves, value and respect you... just not him."

"Why can't you just be happy for me ? For us... ever since you got here you've had this sour mood... and it's like you suddenly have something against Siya-"

"He cheated on you."
He cuts and I go quiet. I instinctively stare at Siya who also stares at me on the other side of the room and I look at Kghosi again.

"In Belguim..."
He starts again.

"We can go upstairs and we can pack up your belongings Nkanyezi's things and we can leave. These people don't deserve you they never have."
He says as a look of pain starts to get painted in his eyes... a look of desperation.

He takes out his phone and he shows me the pictures of him and Notumato in the club together and them leaving the club together again.

I look away from the phone and I start to stand up with Nkanyezi, walking out of the lounge and he follows me, still as persistent.

"Don't you see that ? Don't you see what he's done Kabo ?"

"Abuti stop."
I tell him as I stop infront of the stairs, away from everybody else. Away from our families eyes.

"You need to stop this... why pick all the days to tell me this, couldn't you wait this out. I just brought my daughter back home I'm not in the right mental capacity, i am exhausted and you come in to save the day. Because I can't handle my own marital affairs ?"

"Because I am trying to help you dammit !"

"You call this help ?"

"Why can't you see whats happening here ?"

"Ey what's going on in here ?"
Siya asks as he comes into the lobby and he stands next to me.

"I know what you did back in Belgium, how low of you to go and cheat on your wife while she mourns the death of your child. During the most fragile time in her life."
Kghosi asks as he steps closer towards Siya and i place my other hand on his shoulder so he stays back and away from Siya.
