Bill, Fleur, Charlie, Fred, Aurelia and George apparated to the Shell Cottage, Charlie panting slightly. "Ok, so change of plans um..honeymoon destination! Voila!" He said, trying to keep the mood up before sighing "I'm so sorry, this has completely ruined the wedding"
"You saved us, don't be sorry" Fleur said, making Charlie nod with a smile "Ok, there's four rooms. You two have the bigger one, us four will take the smaller. It's fine" He turns, pointing to Fred and George "It's fine, twins. Don't complain" Fred and George put their hands up, Charlie nodding. "Go ahead, get settled I'll um..I'll catch up"
After around 30 minutes of getting everything settled, Bill headed outside, noticing Charlie hadn't returned. He found Charlie sitting in the sand by the beach, his chin resting on his knees. Bill walked up, sitting next to Charlie "You ok, Charlie?" Bill had noticed Charlie had been off since the attack, and began to worry. Charlie shook his head "I've never..killed someone before" He muttered. Bill frowned "You did what you had to do, it was a split second decision"
"I just...I saw the twins running up behind me and I..I didn't think I just reacted. God, what of Ron Ginny Mum and dad? They could be dead right now" Bill shakes his head "Mum and Dad grabbed Ginny and disapparated. Hermione Ron and Harry did as well. They're safe"
Charlie sighs quietly "Percy. If he hadn't left he'd be safe. God knows where he is now" Bill puts a hand on Charlie's shoulder "We'll find him. It'll be ok Charlie" Charlie nods a little, Bill standing up "Cmon, let's see what we can find to cook" He says, holding out his hand. Charlie takes Bill's hand and pulls himself up, nodding.
They head back to the cottage, both making their way to the kitchen. They scoured the cabinets and drawers for food, but found none. Bill sighs quietly "I suppose I'll have to go into town and find food. Do you have any muggle money?" Charlie reaches into his pocket, pulling out 30£. He hands it to Bill "I hope that's enough." Bill looks at the money, nodding "30£ should work. I'll go into town"
"I'll go with you" Charlie says, Bill nodding "We need to let Fleur Fred George and Aurelia know before we leave" Charlie gives him a thumbs up "I'll handle the younger three, you handle fleur" Bill nods, and they split up to tell their respective groups. Charlie knocks on the door of the room he and the younger three would be staying in, the twins and Aurelia looking at him quickly
"Bill and I are heading into town to get food. Wands on you at all times, Fleur's in charge" Fred and George nod in sync "Alright, how long will you be?" George asks, Charlie shrugging "Not sure. Don't leave unless you have to" George nods a bit "Be careful" Charlie smiles faintly "I will, see you guys soon"
With that, charlie exited. Soon, they heard the sounds of disapparating. They were alone.
