Sam walks into the bedroom, looking at Miranda's sleeping figure. He shuts the door and quietly walks over. He sits on the bed, the movement causing the woman to stir.

"Good morning." He whispers, rubbing her hip. Miranda lets out a tired groan. "Think you can get up again?"

"Mmm. Mentally, yes. Physically, I don't want to." She huffs making Sam chuckle.

"I'm making pancakes." Sam says. "And bacon. We have fruit." He says, peppering her face and neck with soft kisses. "A full breakfast."

Miranda giggles.

"You sure you're not having me for breakfast?" She smirks.

"Mm... I'm not opposed to it." Sam comments, sucking on her neck a bit, a quiet moan escaping her.

"Well, you feel free to eat first." Miranda groans, pulling on his hair.

"Anything you want." Sam says, moving further down the bed.

"I can't believe you burned everything." Dean huffs, putting a plate of bacon he cooked down.

"I-- I got caught up." Sam says.

"In what?" Dean asks.

"Research. Kids." Sam says, glancing at the three children who are all focused on their cereal.

"Mm-hmm. Sure." Dean rolls his eyes, not missing Miranda's small smirk, knowing it's a complete lie. "All right, so what have you found on her Majesty's Secret Suckbags?"

"Well, I may have turned the bunker upside down looking for any reference whatsoever to the British Men of Letters and all I found was this letter tucked into an old ledger, uh, from the London Chapterhouse." Sam says.

"Okay, well, that's something." Dean says.

"Yeah, uh... not so much." Sam shows the mostly blacked out letters.

"Awesome." Dean remarks and notices Cas walk in, standing in the entryway. "Morning, sunshine. Some coffee?"

"No, thank you. I have to go." Cas says, walking off. The brothers share a look and follow him, Miranda following.

"Cas?" Sam calls.

"Cas, wait up." Dean says.

"Hey, wait a second. Where you off to?" Sam asks. Cas stops and turns to them.

"Cleveland, Ohio." Cas says.

"For what?" Sam asks.

"I think I may have a lead on Lucifer. I found a police report in Cleveland about a man whose eyes flared a glowing red. It could be Lucifer in a new body." Cas says.

"All right. Yeah, that sounds like something. We should go check it out." Dean says.

"No. The devil is free because of me. Finding him is my responsibility." Cas says.

"Yeah, works for me." Miranda says.

"Cas, you're gonna want some backup on this." Sam says.

"If it is him, I will call you. In the meantime, I believe you're needed here." Cas walks away.

"The hell was that about?" Dean asks.

"Mom?" Sam suggests.

"What are you talking about? Mom's fine." Dean says as they walk back into the kitchen.

"You sure? I heard her walking around all night last night. I mean, don't you think she seems a bit... withdrawn? You know, shaky?" Sam asks as they sit back down.
