Urgent Matters

Everyone exits the room with Latte being the last one as she waves and smiled before the door shuts behind her. 

Cayna's father pulled out a chair from beneath a desk and sat in it then said, Cayna? I want you to tell me the truth, how were you able to use a sacred sword? There have been rumors going around the capital of a young, golden haired prodigy going out and taking down bandits by herself, turning them in to the guards stationed at the royal capital. and from what I have witnessed six months ago, it described you perfectly, tell me the truth.

Cayna lifts her arm and Arondite appeared again, this time without her having to chant anything. She places it on her lap then said, it was me, father... you see, my mother was killed by bandits while trying to protect me before teleporting me away just before dying in front of me. she was... pierced through the heart with a sword by a bandit in the process, I saw it happen with my own two eyes... 

I'm honestly not sure how or why I'm able to use this sacred sword, but it does justice and that's all that matters when I'm facing off against bandits. He looks at her and says, One more question, how would you feel if I sent you to a school to master the blade? Cayna touched Arondite and said, that depends on the school, what do you have in mind, father? 

He grins and says, Saint Louis Knights Academy. She looks at him unimpressed and said, Seriously? you want me to become a knight? He shook his head before saying Nope! the name is deceiving you see, it helps you master the blade, yes, but its also a place where gifted nobles and commoners can become friends and go on quests together. 

Cayna looks up and said, friends huh... the only friend I have is Latte, if I go to that school I'm certain that I will miss her though... I wish she could go with me. Father smiled and asked her, is that who you wish to take with you, Cayna? She smiled and asks excitedly, I can!? he nods and said, its required for another to go with student if they are going to attend. 

Cayna smiled and said cool! but... Is it really okay for me to take her with me? Father stood up and opens the door then said, that depends on if she wants to join you, Cayna. Latte asks, do you really mean it master Cayna? Can I really come with you? Cayna tilts her head, smiles, and softly said, only if you want to join me, Latte.
