Birds of a Feather

The day had gone by fast, and before I knew it, it was time to go to the Center. I loved it over there, over my time of being there, Ernie became a Father figure for me. I think he figured it out, he became a little bit more protective of me, think he always wanted a daughter but could never have one. I was in the middle of my shift, when I spotted Zack teaching a hip hop class martial art. They were practicing for a competition coming up, I wish them the best of luck and that Rita doesn't do something to mess it all up or Bulk and Skull. I didn't pay that much attention to it, because as soon as I noticed, we were then swamped, and I was too busy to notice anything else. After that the day seemed to slip on by.

The day of the competition came, just as his class came on, my communicator went off, I could tell Zack's did too. When I orbed there, I saw that the other's were there too, I just knew that something was going to happen and that it would draw Zack away from his class. Zordon told us about Hatchasurus, it is a monster controlled by an ultra Cardiatron, we must disconnect the Cardiatron within the Hatchasurus.

"Do you guys want me to go with you, or stay here and come if you all need me?" I asked them, I knew that they would want to try and do this on their own and call me if they needed me.

"If you don't mind staying here, we want to try and do this on our own, but we promise to call you if we need you" Kimi told me, the others nodded as well.

"Not a problem, I wish you all the best of luck" I told them, and off they went. They called on their zords, as soon as they did, the Hatchasurus burst from the ground. After a while, they were losing, my communicator went off,

"Ava, can you hear me?" I heard Jason ask,

"Loud and clear, what's up?" I asked,

"We need the Dragonzord"

"I'm on my way" I transformed into my Mighty Morphin suit, nodded my goodbye to Zordon and Alpha, they said goodbye to me too. I orbed to where the rangers are, when I got there, they looked over at me, and it seemed like they were relived to see me. I got out the Dragon Dagger and began to play the tune, the Dragonzord came out and helped the rangers out. It didn't take long for them to defeat him after the Dragonzord came out. We thought he was defeated, until we were called back into the command center. The rangers re-morph and went to battle him again, I went with them to play the Dragonzord if needed. They formed the Megazord, and I formed the Phoenix zord, I had a feeling that we would need it. I had told Jason and the others at the command center that I wanted to try out the folding zord, so I used the folding zord instead of the zord I always used. It seemed that no matter what we did, two on one did not work, he was too strong.

"Call the Dragonzord" I heard Jason say,

"On it" I told them, I played the Dragon Dagger, however the Dragonzord never showed up, something is going on, something is wrong with the Dragonzord. "It's not working"

"Try again" Jason said,

"It won't change anything Jason, the Dragonzord always showed up, Rita did something to it I just know it" I told him,

"Your right, it sounds like something she would do" he said. He called upon the Power Sword and slashes the Hatchasurus as it descended. I helped them get back on their feet, they nodded their thanks, we both ended up getting hit by an attack. We had finally got an opening, their Megazord looked over at me and nodded, I nodded too and summoned the Phoenix blade, we combined our attacks. We did not however destroy the Cardiatron and it just reformed, only this time with horns. The Dragonzord finally gets here as we were fighting, though it was unable to fight, now I am sure Rita did something. We were in trouble; I was surprised when Jason jumped out of the Megazord and into its mouth. The Dragonzord falls to the ground, in a last-ditch attempt to release the Dragonzord, I played the Dragon Dagger and called upon the Dragonzord's full power and got the Dragon Shield to appear. It worked, the Dragonzord is re-energized and breaks whatever was on the Dragonzord. The Megazord and my Phoenix zord held the Hatchasurus in place. The Dragonzord uses its tail drill on the monster causing Jason and the Cardiatron to be ejected. The two then fight, Jason ending the battle with the Power Sword, and I used the Dragon Dagger to finish off the Cardiatron. After we did that, the Hatchasurus began to falter and Jason summons the Titanus, then returned to the Megazord. They formed the Ultrazord, me being the backup as a just in case something went wrong. We finally destroyed that thing for good, thank goodness. We then returned to the Competition's second day, Zack told one of his students, Kameron I believe that he would be with him the rest of the competition. He of course ended up wining in the end of it. I went up to Kameron after the others did and shook his hand,

"Congrates Kameron, knew you could do it" I told him, he seemed nervous for some reason, "What is wrong?"

"Well, Zack we are talking about how good your hugs were and.... Neverminded" he said, about to turn around.

"I don't mind giving you a hug Kameron, I love hugs" I told him.

"Really?" he asked, hope in his eyes and voice, I nodded at him, and he smiled and hugged me, "Zack was right" after he let go. I learned that when you are hugging a child to let them decide when they want it to end. I overheard Bulk being mean to Biff, I went over to them. I was about to say something when Biff kicked him in the leg and tells them off and that he will find a new coach.

"Biff, wait!" I yelled at him as he was walking away,

"What?" he asked.

"That was cool of you, to not cheat and use the weapon that they gave you to. And that was a good kick there. If you want another coach, I know someone that will teach you the right way" I told him, thinking about Zack, I knew that he wouldn't mind.

"Yeah, thanks. I don't like to cheat, and they were not good teachers, who do you have in mind?" he said/asked.

"I'll show you" I told him, and he nodded, we walked over to Zack and Kameron.

"Hey Ava, hey Biff" Zack and Kameron both said, Biff and Kameron both got along.

"I was wondering if you would be Biff's coach?" I asked Zack, giving him my puppy eyes, he chuckled at the look.

"You don't have to give me the puppy eyes, I'd be glad to teach him" Biff's eyes brightened,

"Really?" he asked, Zack smiled and nodded, both kids were cheering and happy that they get to train together.
