Reign of the Jellyfish

When we got to class, I noticed a time capsule sitting on Ms. Appleby's desk; she opens it and tells us that we are going to fill it with items that reflect today's world.

"A hundred years from now, it will showcase our lifestyle to future generations. I am anxious to see what each of you has brought in" I wonder if I will be there when they take it out of the earth with another group of rangers, that made my heart sink a little. I know that when the other rangers saved the world, I would leave for awhile and come back when the rangers are needed again. She calls for Jason first, bringing me out of my thoughts, Jason bought his first trophy saying that when you believe in yourself and take good care of your body you can do anything. Kimi bought a pile of pink clothes, to show them what we wore in our lifetime. Ms. Appleby put in a picture of the power rangers, we all looked epic in the picture. Trini put it in the newspaper so that they could see what was going on in today's world. It was finally my turn, I came up and showed them the picture that I took,

" I wanted to show them the beauty of this world and hopefully the beauty will be even better than now" I said, she smiled at me and agreed with me, I placed my picture into the box along with my friends' things. Zack puts a cd into the capsule, to show them what kind of music we have. Billy puts his personal computer with the latest software to show how advanced our technology is. Bulk and Skull bought several different ingredients to make the 'Bulkwich' of course Skull got mayo all over Bulk.

Kimi, Trini and I were standing by the lookers while Kimi was telling us how excited she was that Ms. Appleby included a picture of us in the capsule. Jason, Billy and Zack then walk by with it. Billy tells us that we were going to be the ones to bury it since we have the highest grades. We take it to where we are supposed to bury it, Billy passing out the shovels so we can start digging. Suddenly a group of putties enter, and we start fighting them, me trying to figure out what it is that they want. It didn't take us long to defeat them, Kimi then sees Squatt and Baboo sneaking away with the capsule, and we ran after them. They teleported away before we could do anything about it. I wonder what it is that they wanted with it, or what Rita wants with it? Zordon then contacts us, he tells us that there is a Jellyfish monster attacking the park. We morph and teleport to the park, we start attacking it with our swords. It easily counters our attacks, throwing us off it. Jason orders us to retreat, we return to the command center to come up with a new plan of attack. Zordon tells us that the Jellyfish can emit a toxic spray capable of eating through our suits. Alpha tells us that he is working on a special coating that should provide extra protection. Alpha then sprays our suits with the spray, that is when the alarm goes off. We look at the viewing globe, the Jellyfish warrior was once again creating havoc in the park, this time with putties. We teleport back to the park where the Jellyfish sicks his super putties on us. As we were fighting the Jellyfish sprays us and the nearby bush with its toxic spray, while we are not harmed, they poor bush however is. The Jellyfish easily blocks the attacks from Kimi's power bow and Trini's power daggers with his umbrella and hits Zack and Billy with his toxic spray again as they try leaping at him. Jason tries attacking with his power sword, but he keeps teleporting away. I closed my eyes and concentrated on where I believed that he is going to be and aimed my attack there, my attack hit him square on, the fire hitting him in the chest. He shakes off the attack, then spins his umbrella, sending us somewhere, he appears here as well. He then tells us that this is his home, great he has the homefield advantage over us. We try to fight him, but the Jellyfish avoids our blows. Billy explains to us that the Jellyfish 'telephased' and that the blast from Zack's power axe should get everyone out of here. Zack fires a blast from his axe, which the Jellyfish blocks with his umbrella, but it worked, and we were back on Earth. Zack attacks the Jellyfish again, this time using the axe's blade knocking the Jellyfish to the ground. He rises to his feet, saying that it takes more than that to do him in. Rita then makes her monster grow, that is when she is going to fail. The rangers summoned their Dinozords, I decided to stay behind and watch. They fire their weapons at him, but they are all deflected. They then blast cold air from the Mastodon's trunk, which damages the Jellyfish's tentacle while it jumps away. The zords then come together, they then were able to defeat the Jellyfish.

We were at the Youth Center, we were relaxing with popcorn and cold soda, I was not eating any.

"Don't you want any?" Zack asks me, holding out the popcorn to me,

"No thank you" I told him,

"You okay Ava?" Kimi asked nervously,

"Ya, I'm fine, I just don't like popcorn is all" which is true, I have never liked popcorn at all, all nodded at me. Bulk and Skull appear with their 'Bulkwich' in hand. Jason laughs and tells them that we already buried it. This caused them to be shocked and caused the sandwich to land on both. Kimi laughs and speaks

"Now that's what I call a Bulkwich!" angry Bulk starts attacking Skull with the sandwich. Jason told us that he hopes who ever opens it lives in a peaceful and friendly world, the others adding,

"No hatred" Kimi said,

"No prejudice" Billy said,

"No crime" Trini said,

"No wars" Zack said,

"And people living together with nature" I added. Kimi then asks if we think that it will ever happen.

"I think that if we can put away our differences and work together, I believe that we will" I told her, she smiled at me and hugged me, the others soon joined in, I was in the center of a huge hug pile.
