On Fins and Needles

    Zack, Billy and I were watching Jason and Tommy teach a martial arts class, they were doing really well together, they make an amazing team together. Zack comments on how well they are doing with the class and that it is a great way to keep the kids out of trouble. They both reminded the kids that martial arts are used for self-defense only and should be used only as a last resort, if there is no other way out of the situation other than fighting. Tommy and Jason dismiss their class, and walked out the door after saying goodbye and letting me know that their going to walk to the park and talk about what their next class is going to be. I nodded goodbye to them and got to work.

We were at school the next day, Kimi, Trini and I notice that they are mean to each other, what happened yesterday they were best friends and now they hate each other? Rita has to have something to do with this, bet she did not like how well these two work together and wanted to tear them apart, why can we never really have a peaceful day huh??

"What about the karate classes?" Kimi asked them, I felt something off about them and wanted to be as far away from them as possible.

"I got to go, I'm going to go and study in the library" I told them, as I was about to walk away, I heard

"I'll walk you there" from two voices, I turned around and saw Tommy and Jason glaring at each other, they seemed to be sizing the other up.

"It's okay guys, I can go alone. I need to be alone for this one, that way I have no distractions, sorry guys" I told them, but I looked over at Kimi and Trini when I said that I was sorry, I made sure that Tommy and Jason did not see me do that. The girls nodded at me, they were not mad that I was about to make a quick getaway and leave them with the boys. Hopefully this will help Tommy and Kimi get together.

Of course, Bulk and Skull being Bulk and Skull, they used this as a way to get money out of this. They both tried to get me to choose one of them, they did not like when I told them that I was not going to and that they were both dear to me and my friends. They both have decided to fight each other to the finish, I had tried to get away and tried to sneak away, but each time that I did, I was caught by either Tommy or Jason. We all tried to step in, Zack tried to get them to shake hands and forget things, telling them that what they are trying to teach their students and it makes them look like hypocrites. They of course refuse and the hostility between them you can cut in with a knife, and I wish that I could, it might help them snap back to themselves. When the fight finally broke out, Zacks communicator went off and he was able to stop the two in time as the charged at each other.

"It's time to go guys, there is something that we have to do" I told them, using my puppy eyes, I knew that I would have to use them because I knew that if I didn't, they wouldn't come with. They sighed and glared at each other for a minute or two and nodded. They agreed to do the fight later on, they turned on Bulk and Skull wanting a refund as we were walking out of the door. We teleported to the Command Center, they were still hostile to each other, I sighed and walked in between them. They glared at me for being between them, "I'm going to stay here till you two can stop fighting for a few seconds. And I am warning you now that if either of you try and get passed me to the other, I will burn you" they looked sacred, they knew I would do it too, then heal them. They nodded, I nodded to Zordon for him to talk. Zordon told us about the situation with the Shark and tells us about his speed and power. They of course still try and push each other's buttons, though they did not try and attack each other. Zordon tries to tell the two of them that they are under the Shark's spell and have pinned them against each other, knew it! He told us that there is nothing that we could do to break the hold on them, they have to work together and put aside their rivalry to one another. I sighed and flamed away, I wanted to be away from all of that for the moment. I was walking along the shore by myself when I was attacked by the Shark. The attack hit me straight on, making me fly a good bit away. The landing hurt a lot, I was about to heal myself when I got the idea that this can come in handy, I could use this for those two to put away their feud to one another to help out a friend. He chuckled and started to walk to me,

"Once you are weak enough, Korrag will take you back and open the gates" of course this has to do with that, I hope that they come soon. He attacks again and I let out a scream, he was about to come at me again when he was thrown away. I saw Tommy and Jason in front of me, they had made a deal that if Jason wins, he gets his power coin and if Tommy wins, he is the new leader. They then come up with a plan that would bring down the shark and protect their friend. He strikes again and they realized that they will not stand a chance against him if they did not work together, because of this the spell on them broke. They combined their ideas on how to trap the Slippery Shark out of the ground and trap him. I smile watching this, that is when he over comes them, I heal my wounds, morph and get in the way of the attack.

"Are you okay Ava?" Tommy asked me,

"I am so sorry Ava" Jason said,

"We can talk about this after we finish him off" they nodded at me. Zack and the others soon joined in on the fight as well, I'll probably get a talking to from them, Alpha and Zordon after this. He proves to be tough, but Jason and Tommy both got an attack on him. He then goes underground again; Zack is able to get him out with his Power Axe Cannon Mode and the rangers form of Power Blaster. Rita of course had to make her monster grow, the blaster misses him.

"We need the Dragonzord Ava" Jason said as they formed their megazord, I called on the Dragonzord. He is too fast for them to keep up, Jason summons the Power Sword and with teamwork they are able to break his fin weapon. They then procced to defeat him with one final strike.

They walk slowly towards me; they know what was going to happen. I might be tiny compared to them, but I can be scary when I want to be. I glared at the two of them when they came over to me,

"Say sorry to each other" I demanded, they faced each other, and both said sorry to each other, they meant it. "Now hug" they seemed to not want to, I increased my glare, and they finally hugged each other. I smiled at them and hugged them; glad they were back to themselves.

We were back at the Youth Center, Jason and Tommy were back at their class. They were interrupted by Bulk and Skull who had been mobbed by an angry crowd, they looked as if they were attacked by a tornado. They had demanded that they start fighting, they were saying that they owe them a fight, they turned them down. Tommy looked over at me, I smiled and gave him two thumbs up, the same with Jason. They try to force them to, to which of course they failed at. They both tell their class that there is always a better way than fighting and they both shook hands in front of their students, I smiled at them, those were my friends, no my best friends.
