III: Claiming Ceremony

I looked at myself in front of a mirror. Hinawakan ko ang buhok ko at sinuklay suklay ito.

Nagtaka ako sa itsura nito, nagkaroon siya ng puting kulay sa bandang dulo at naglalaho pa itaas, parang buhok ni Zayn. I have a wavy chocolate hair but now hindi na ganon lang ang kulay nito.

Nahawakan ko ang ulo ko, mariin akong pumikit at inalala ang panaginip ko kasunod noon ay ang propesiya na sinabi ng headmistress.

Famillar na famillar, seems like I've heard it already.

"Only the Heaven Knows,

Matapos sabihin ng headmistress ang prophecy ay bumalik na kami sa dorm nang malalalim ang iniisip nila.

I stood up from my seat at dumeretso sa kama tsaka humiga. I wander my eyes around the room. It was huge at purong puti ang kulay maliban sa mga furniture.

Good thing Ciara gave me clothes, she said we should go shopping after the claiming ceremony tommorow.

I closed my eyes, I'm nervous for the claiming ceremomy. What if they are wrong? What if I'm not a demi-god? What if no gods would claim me?

"No gods but goddess"

Agad akong napamulat nang may marinig, it seems like the wind whispered on me.

Godsss...

Things are too much.

Hindi ko na muling pinansin ang narinig pero may bigla akong naalala.

There's a woman voice that appeared on my mind twice, is she...is she perhaps my mother?

Iniling ko ang ulo ko, kailangan ko nang matulog.

Again I stared at myself on the mirror. This is the night for the claiming ceremony. I am currently wearing a dark blue blazer, white long sleeve polo under it, a blue gold stripe mini skirt above the knee and a neck tie that has blue and gold stripes. At the right side of the blazer is the academy crest, it is written in gold.

I bit my lower lip, i'm nervous, sobra...

Muli kong inayos ang necktie ko at napagdesisyunan ng lumabas. Bago tuliyang bumaba ay sinilip ko muna kung nandoon na sila, nakita ko nga silang lahat sa sala naghihintay at nakauniform na din. Ako na lang pala ang nahuhili...

Pingamasdan ko ang suot nila, sa lalake ay ganun din maliban lang  dahil sa neck tie lang nila ang may kulay na ginto.

Nakita nila ako at nginitian.

"Let's go." Zia said at siya na ang nauna sa amin palabas sa dorm, hinayan ko silang mauna at pumwesto ako sa hulihan.

Hindi ko naiwasan at malalim akong bumuntong hininga, kinakabahan kasi talaga ako ng sobra.

"Everything's going to be fine.." nilingon ko ang nagsalita sa tabi ko, si Zayn iyon. How did he know that I'm feeling a uneasy? He smiled at meb
as if he knows that i'm confuse. "Tara." sinabayan na namin sa lakad ang iba.

"Neysha bagay sa'yo yung uniform." naiilang akong tumungo dahil sa puri ni Ciara.

The truth is this is the first time that I am surrounded with bunch of peopls for a long tine, hindi ako sanay doon. I'm not use on socializing with people, because most of the time I've been working on my own, studying on my own and enjoying on my own. And maybe one of the reasons is that, people could not stand me.
