Since some of you are still trying to guess out how strong Super Touma is I'll make this short chapter to make things clearer.
As this is still at the beginning stage of Kamijou's hero journey, he is around the 50-100 ton range; still plenty strong, but not enough to completely overpower other similarly powerful opponents.
Also he lacks flight, his heat vision has not set in, he just got his super breath, and bullets bruise his skin, so he is a lot weaker at the start, ala Smallville. Over time he will grow more and more stronger as he fights more villains, but it'll take a while to bring him to his canon self's power level.
