I got a little private message from a reader today and I may or may not have been crying in Walmart because of it...

You guys are just so amazing

I love each and every one of you

_____

"Ashton,"

"will you"

"be my"

"Julian?"

When I walked out I saw many different cheer squad members standing together, all facing me in a line. A few were holding signs. Altogether they formed a sentence: Ashton, will you be my Julian? Then at the end Michael was holding a sign that had an arrow and Romeo on it, which was pointing to Calum who had a huge grin on his face.

But that grin soon dropped when tears started falling from my eyes. He ran to me, cupping my cheeks.

"No no, babe. This was supposed to be cute, not sad. Oh my god, I'm a terrible person. I swear I am the only guy that's ever made someone cry when they were asked out. Geez, I'm so sorr-"

I cut him off with a passionate kiss, wrapping my arms around his neck and standing on my toes. It seemed like we kissed for hours, but it was only a matter of seconds.

I pulled back just as he started to kiss back with just as much force, and rested our foreheads together, half out of breath. "They were happy tears, you fruit," I chuckled, staring into his chocolate orbs.

"Well, I am Kiwi." He grinned again, his teeth on full view. "So you'll be Julian and I'll be Romeo?"

"Yeah. I've gotta say though, your theater geek is really showing right now," I laughed, playing with the hairs on the back of his head, making him shiver.

"Good thing you don't mind... right?" He asked nervously, eyes slightly wide in pure terror that I didn't like a huge part of his personality (if not all of it).

"Absolutely!" I confirmed in a definite tone. "I always was the one to stick up for you guys when the other cheerleaders would make fun of you."

"They make fun of me?" Calum questioned solemnly as he glanced back at the people who had helped with the whole proposal. They all stood awkwardly, but most likely knew everything was alright considering I did kiss him.

"No, baby. Just Payton and her slutty friends."

"Good." Calum nodded once firmly, turning his gaze back to me.

I thought back to the day of the food fight. If it wasn't for Payton being a bitch and making fun of the unpopular students, we would've never have met. Then my smile widened when I came across the scene when Calum came into our little fight and told us to break it up.

"Hey, do you remember the food fight that got you stuck on this team?" I inquired, chuckling a bit.

"Yeah, what about it?" He shrugged.

"You know how I had that sudden outburst on Payton?" He nodded. "That was because she kept saying rude things about your little group."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

He kissed me nose, then whispered, "You're so sweet, Julian."

"And your theater geek is showing again, Romeo."
